I went to get some fries for my kids, the guy at the register was acting like he doesn’t want to be there, like they are forcing him to work, I place my order wasn’t a big order just a whopper, medium, fries medium lemonade and 4, pcs jalapeno bites, when I ask him where are my fries he said I didn’t order them, that I have to go back to the line and ordered again for his mistake, I do appreciate my time and my money definitely never coming back to this location.

On Monday, September 29th, 2025, I decided to go get breakfast in person in order to save time and money. The manager couldnt seem to comprehend my order for 4 sandwiches. 2 double sausage egg and cheese, 1 ham egg and cheese and 1 bacon egg and cheese. Simple, right? Nope. Apparently i couldnt figure out their secret code to order. I explain 3 times and still she was saying I had to order something else. This is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I dont do that. Live and let live. Not this time. This was extremely infuriating and I was left completely dumbfounded. The manager is complete incompetent and I will be avoiding this BK, 1 block from my house. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

PS there is a burger king on Jewett avenue NEVER GO THERE , I had a case of food poising there. Now this burger king here ON FOREST AVENUE IS THE PLACE TO GO. EXCEPTIONAL. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS!

Whopper Wednesdays is a staple is on our home.
For me. The environment was good with good friendly staff but I wasn't really satisfied with the chicken sandwiches and jnr whopper. It was too dry.
