We have eaten at both the Hylan blvd and NJ location and had a great experiences at both. Food is great and have no complaints about that. We tried the Page ave location and it was night and day. Took us 15 minutes after we were seated to get a menu. Our waiter was a nice guy and kept apologizing about wait times and such and it was clear he was overwhelmed because it looked like he was the only person actually working. As he was taking our order he was interrupted by another diner who literally took him from our table for a good 10 minutes, that's not right. We didn't know about any specials because the guy never told us, but we did hear them rattled off to diners around us. We were only able to get one drink each from the bar because we were never able to get the waiter back to order another. The bussing staff were hovering around us, felt very rushed with them. Overall the food was good and I did feel Sorry for the waiter, but we were spending our money in there just like everyone else and felt we were brushed aside for “regulars”. We will be back but only in NJ or Hylan.

nice place except for this stupid 3.8% fee for using credit card and not all places do this. just an added money grab!!!

Let's be clear, this review is for the management not the staff. Food ok but not worth the complete lack of service and management treatment and beratement of staff. And as a former waiteess I have zero tolerance for treating staff poorly, especially publicly. For those still reading, here are details....Went for the holidays and had a reservation, they pretended we didn't and then checked and confirmed we did. They sat us at a makeshift table crammed between others and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Ok. Not great but not the end of the world. However, we had to beg for each step of the meal, ie menus, drinks, food etc and then when we still hadn't gotten food at 2h, we notified the management, Sal and his wife. (We were the last of 2 tables despite a 630pm reservation) They got angry at us and blamed the server who had been nothing but attentive. They didn't take any ownership and then they then made the server start setting up for the next days tables instead of waiting on us and when we pointed it out the management snapped and said, 'that's his job'. Wow. Not worth my money given so many other fantastic options in the area. To Sam, the waiter who patiently waited on us and also dealt with his narcissistic boss, thank you.

Everything was great. I had the calamari & Chicken Parm. Come hungry, huge portions for an average price. A dish never sat empty for long. The service is great. Check this place out. I will be back.

I had been here a few years ago. We were two people for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6PM. I was surprised that so few people were there, but then again, it was a nice day on Staten Island, so I guess people were BBQing. We started off with a avocado & artichoke heart salad that was beyond delicious. It was a large order so we shared it and each had two large servings. I highly recommend it. Then each of us had the Shrimp Oreganato, but with linguini, rather than potatoes and vegetables. Again it was excellent. We each had a glass of Pinot Grigio house wine, which was delicious and the wine glasses were beautiful, which is important to me. The server was very attentive but not annoyingly so. I can't wait to go back.
