They charge you whatever they feel like! One day bread is $2 and next day same bread is $3.50! They don’t have any price tags and they charge you service fee 3.99% and they do not have a sign stating the fee. Won’t return again, women working there have a horrible attitude.

I wanted to support a local business, so I ordered two large hot coffees. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, both cups had spilled significantly and were only about a quarter full. I immediately called the shop at 9:20 PM to let them know what happened. A young woman answered the phone and laughed it off, saying it was probably only a little bit that spilled. There was no apology, no offer to make it right, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The pastries were good, but the service could definitely be better. I’ll probably think twice before ordering again.

Roaches were in the seating area and from ex workers there are roaches crawling everywhere and the kitchen is roach infested to the point where they are crawling all over the food and cake.

The workers are horrible. They charge me $20 for a ham egg and cheese and a coffee. They charge you 20% to eat there in top of charging you 20 for the meal plus they charge 10% if you pay with a card

I had oxtail with rice and peas.. oxtail 2as delicious, falling off the bone tasty.. I didn't like the the rice n peas to much it was a little to tough for me. I like my rice kinda soft not sticky but soft. Customer service was excellent.

Can't even order food to a person on the phone, they had to call someone else to talk to me after the first lady took my order. Had to wait 10min for nothing smh what a waste of time.
I buy most my birthday cakes from here they're made fresh they customize them on the spot right whatever you want I love their pastries also good place good food nice atmosphere if you just want to sit and have a cup of tea with a sweet

Look at this garbage they serve me after going there for over 5 years , slowly I watched this business go into garbage the staff she is incredibly rude some short chubby woman with a lot of lipstick and fake lashes …after I tipped her 5$$ for a mistake they make asks them nicely to add beans on my tacos …she gave me this …..that place went to trash .and I got the same thing before and it don’t look like this she was petty . Clearly the more I kept going there it’s like I was getting annoying to them for giving them business . The people ARE LAZY THERE . I think they switched the cook because nahaha it’s ? now I have alot more things to say but this was the top of the Cherry for me. NEW DORP is actually waaay better !! Go to new dorp please ?.
