Best Italian food on Staten Island !

I usually order here from time to time never have I ever received a pizza box bend & half of my cheese on the box. I also order Fried calamari & some of it was half cooked some wasn’t. I complained about the pizza because I don’t understand how can a driver deliver something like that & I feel like it was purposely done. I didn’t get to complain about the calamari because I didn’t know half of it was half booked. I even told the guy when I ordered don’t half cook the calamari please & still received it. I paid 47 dollars & I’m unhappy about the service that was provided. They rush to cook everything & I’m only 7min drive from the store. I don’t think the guy believe me so I took pictures so he will see.

This use to be my go to Pizzeria. The service is bad and the quality of the food has tremendously went down.

I been ordering from Milano for awhile now, I will say there was a time I was about to stop. I felt like the kitchen was putting my orders together with no care in the world. Continued to order, since it was just simple orders who can mess that up but it happened until Erica, she is amazing. She is polite, and always makes sure my order is perfect. Erica is definitely the reason I started to branch out in my orders. Thank you for her kindness, her sweet way she answers and ends the call. I definitely know i am in good hands with her.

I have order serial times from here and to be honest the food taste good here. I have tried the mozzarella sticks and it taste really good. I have also tried the chicken parmigiana hero which also taste great. The quality of the food is very excellent.

visiting mom and dad and oh your pizza took me way way back! Your slices are the best!

My family came here for a birthday dinner to see the new dining space and it was such a lovely time!! The food was great and really generous portions. But to be honest the staff really made the night special. I wish I got their names - lovely spot - I’m glad we came!
