Cantina has such good vibes and music, I really enjoyed my food and drinks!!!! And the bartender kiara was super cool! I’ll definitely be back

We got the guac to start and then the carne asada tacos and buffalo chicken dip. The food was good but not great. The chips were the best part, tasted really fresh! The guac wasn't my favorite. The tacos were good but let down by the flour instead of corn tortillas. The dip was also good but barely any buffalo flavor

Great little establishment. Visited there with a few friends. The bartender was great and respectful also helpful with what we choose get.and the food was great.

Friendly and attentive staff our server Lisa was probably the nicest server we’ve had in a very long time anywhere she was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious will definitely go back highly recommend it

Extremely disappointed in this place. I’ve been meaning to try this place for so long and finally got the opportunity to. The food, the drinks, the service was extremely underwhelming and disappointing. I’ll stick to the taco trucks next time; The drinks either had no alcohol or a very little; for the price so not worth it. The service was a disaster. I’ve seen places that are wayyyy busier on a Friday that have better service than this place did very very disappointing ; won’t be returning.

I didnt like the long wait for our food i have 6:45 reservations all my guest in time, they took our order right away but the service is poorly managed after an hour our appetizer just came which is already made because its just a quacamole. Our dinner came after another hr .The restaurant is not even that busy. I m at the restaurant for a good 3 hour thats how slow their service. And the mexican waiter was kind a rude she made a comment saying she just a waiter not a cook. The food was ok just the hassle of being their for so long especially your not a drinker. Who finished their dinner at 10:30pm this last time im coming to this place

We ordered 1 hour ahead of time for pick up. Got there on time and waited for another 30 min. Staff gave no reason for the delay. Food was fine. Wouldn't order take out again from here.

The noise level due to their incredibly loud music made a very good meal unbearable. People had to scream at each other in order to hear what they are saying. For this reason only, I don't know if I'll be going back.

My first time at Cantina was such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was lively, quesadilla was fantastic but most of all our server Sam is why we will be back! She was super attentive and personable! Can’t wait to hang at cantina again soon!

The food was decent (but that’s not the problem). It seemed as if the staff has some usual customers that dine there (that are also their friends) that could be a bit troublesome. Me and my fiancé were at the bar when these group of women showed up and sat right next to us.

I definitely don’t mind conversing with new people, nor do I mind someone sitting next to us. But what I’ve noticed was when one woman out of the group saw me and my fiancé (yes we are black), her whole mood changed. She took it upon herself to practically sit on me at the bar (butt kept bumping me).

Now this was on a weekday and there wasn’t a lot of people there, so this person sitting directly next to me was a bit odd. We came from work and decided to hang out before we decided to go home. Once the group came, the staff stopped coming to us, stopped asking if we needed anything, and only attended to them (mind you, they weren’t ordering a lot like we were).

Long story short, I had to put my arm out indicating she was way too close. She didn’t apologize, told the staff “I was doing too much”, and went over to a security guard (another friend of the group) to make it seem like we were a problem and invading their space (he didn’t do anything, thank god lol)

We were becoming usual customers, but after that moment, we decided not to come back. Sometimes it’s a bit confusing how some could display covert racist tactics and microaggressive behavior in a space where we are all suppose to just unwind from work and have a good time. And might I add there’s the Berry homes (projects) next door (predominantly people of color reside there). But unfortunately this is Staten Island and this is one of the many ways they try to say to people of color that we’re not welcome here.
