The worst Carvel I’ve been to. I asked for strawberry and vanilla ice cream shake. The worker starts making it with soft vanilla ice cream and strawberry syrup. I ask him to use strawberry ice cream instead. He tells me that “this is how we make it”. I asked the second guy there to correct his co worker. He says “it’s the same thing”. The third guy comes out (I am assuming he was the manager) and first words out of his mouth are “what’s the problem?” He blames me for giving them a confusing order. I am not sure what’s confusing about a vanilla/strawberry ice cream shake but lesson learned. I’ll stay away from this location.

This Carvel location is my absolute favorite! The soft serve is always creamy and delicious, and the toppings never disappoint. The staff, especially the manager Alan, are always friendly and very helpful.

my daughter, had her going away and birthday party today had pre-ordered a cake only to show up and find out that they had missed the order. However the owner did what ever good business would do and take care of its regular customers. He printed a new graphic and delivered it himself to the party just in time for the happy birthday song. I grew up going to the Carvel seeing multiple owners. It’s great seeing there are still business owners who care highly recommend this place for all your birthday needs

I had an amazing experience here. The blond girl (I think she said her name was Elise) had a huge smile and gave the best recommendation - the chocolate crunchies. 10/10!!!
The entire staff at Carvel was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to multiple carvels across the country and this by far was the best Carvel I’ve ever been to. My wife is pregnant and she comes in a little later at night to get a milkshake and they always turn the machine on for her. LOVE THIS CARVEL.
