Such a poorly run place. Line is out the door & owner is more concerned with filling his online orders. So Greedy !! You have customers that actually came into your establishment but yet you choose to serve the online orders first !! The online ordering platform tablets have a feature that you can pause orders if you are overwhelmed or backed up. You have one poor girl trying to serve the Walkin customers & you're not doing anything to help. You do not know how to manage and or run your business. Hire additional help !!! And don't be rude when someone calls you out on your stupidity.

I always get great service at this carvel have a couple of young kids who go to college and work there and they are very well trained and very kind ...and the place was spotless very very clean..it is nothing like the other carvel on Amboy road across from stop and shop now that store is disgusting very dirty even the people are dirty as can be...and 1 last thing that disgusted me they don't have a working cash register they give you change from dirty taped on cups that look like they have been there for years and after the give out the change to the customer right away they scream out next in line and person didn't even wash there hands after reaching in that filthy cup of dirty change ?????

Bruh my boyfriend went to pick me up some ice cream. I was devastated. Barely any Oreo chunks or cookie dough pieces. Very cheap w it. Not valid.

I've lived in Eltingville all my life and enjoy the ice cream from the Carvel brand. But over the years this place as become a discussing establishment. It's a total mess. Boxes are stacked up the min you step in the front door. I've seen bugs on the counters. The owner is rude and disrespectful to his workers in front of the customers. Knowing one of the kid that works here I've learned the owner keeps a portion of the tips, takes "taxes" out of their pay even though he never asked for their working papers nor have them fill out a W4. Don't give this guy your business.this app won't allow me to give no stars or else I would

I went into this location with my 2 littles asking if they can do the small kid size 1scoop just in the larger cup for the kids have space in the cup so the ice cream doesn’t end up all over the car. (Which when you have kids under 5 you know the struggle.) They have new kids working so I asked if they would mind doing it. (I would have paid the $.50 for each cup just to have the larger cup.) Considering that if you get a come anywhere with children and you ask for a cup they usually give it to you. The Chinese lady who clearly either owned the store or is the manager was rude and had too many people at the counter servicing just me and my kiddos. (So too many hands are already in the pot.) she didn’t care I was in there with little children and didn’t care to hear my question. So, I asked if it was ok to give one scoop kids serving in the larger cup. To which she was confused by the question. I explained my need for the larger cup. She said we aren’t supposed to do that. And started to grab at the soft ice cream machine which I didn’t ask for. I asked for a single scoop! I said wait a minute cause that isn’t the ice cream the kids wanted. She was rude and started talking over me and I said you are either going to listen or I just don’t give you the business. She repeated fine we aren’t supposed to do it. I asked you aren’t supposed to or are you saying you won’t? She said she won’t. So I said thank you and left. Took my kids and left. Be aware she doesn’t care if you have little kids. Anywhere I go I ask if I can have a larger cup for whatever it is but only the serving for the small so that they don’t spill it. And it usually is never a problem. It’s a problem here.

the boss is an AWFUL PERSON!!! I have been going to this carvel (in eltingville) all my life and it's just gotten worse and worse!! He treats the workers AWFULLY!!! He had young kids working and had them completely flustered and nervous. He offers no guidance what so ever and is incredibly rude when they ask for help. Not to mention the place is A MESSS!!! As a costumer it's gross to have to walk into this place, I can only imagine what the young workers feel. There tripping over boxes and garbage while trying to get orders done. In no wonder there's new workers every time i go in here. Shut this place DOWN!!! I feel so awful for the poor kids that work there. I know some one personally that went there looking for a job and got told "this isn't just scooping ice cream you won't be able to do it." Awful.

Jason the owner needs to hire more staff. It's usually a 30 minute wait but tonight was 45 minutes. Completely ridiculous. Also the girl helping me made my carvelanche incorrectly. Its been an ongoing issue at this location.

Tonight my daughter went there and ordered 4 medium ice creams in a cup. He puts ice cream straight up the middle and nothing around the perimeter of the cup. Since this guy took over his prices went up and the amount of ice cream has gotten less. This is the last time I go there.
