The customer service was awful and unfriendly. I like Carvel icecream deals but in this store they just customized the deal in this specific store. They don't implement Carvel deals as it is advertised, they do the deal only on certain sizes.

Every time I come in and ask for a small, I always get a medium and I’m charged a medium. It’s really frustrating because the prices keep going up and I’m not getting what I asked for. Last time I came in and confronted them about the wrong size, they didn’t even bother and charged me anyway. Tonight, I went in and the same thing. I didn’t even bother saying anything because it was the same woman and not worth the fight because they clearly don’t care. I’m so upset at the prices I pay when it’s not what I ask for. The taste is really delicious but the service doesn’t match.

What an awful experience. Good ice cream though but the unpleasant stares, no greeting or joy from the 12 PM Sunday employee could make all the ice cream melt. you come in there with with your kids to get some ice cream what awful unpleasant person. Reading the reviews it seems like the owner is not different.

I came in for a Strawberry Sundae Crunch with pound cake and was very disappointed! I had to tell the lady to wipe the knife down before cutting the cake and the workers never wear gloves!! I watched her make my order wrong didn’t look anything like the picture this is my third time coming here I’M DONE✌?
