I visited this establishment around 10:00 p.m. At the time, a young man with curly black hair, wearing a Klaws shirt (not in uniform) and noticeable pimples on his lips, was working behind the counter. In the lobby, there was a heavier-set girl with glasses, who I was told was an off-the-clock employee, sitting with a group of their friends. I guess waiting for him to get off. The group was loitering in the lobby, which I found unprofessional, especially in a food establishment.
I came in with a family member who made a lighthearted joke, saying it looked like they might be “planning to rob the place” because so many of their friends were gathered there. The off-the-clock employee then told my family member to “shut up,” which quickly escalated into an argument. When I questioned why she spoke that way, her friends responded that she had just finished working an 8–10 hour shift, and that was why she made the comment. I told them that if my family member was annoying her, she could have gone to the back and said something privately, not out loud in front of customers where we could hear it. While I understand being tired after a long shift, I still believe her behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.
When I asked to speak with a manager, the young man with curly hair rolled his eyes and then claimed he was the manager. He refused to serve us, would not provide a manager’s contact information, corporate’s number, or even their names. He also said he would not serve us unless I apologized to the girl, insisting that I was “rude” after she had told us to shut up. I refused, as I felt an apology was unnecessary under the circumstances

They had a "full house", but it didn't matter since they worked efficiently. They were patient, helpful and nice to everyone, especially my 9 year old daughter who found it difficult to choose.
Lord run by immature young boys that don’t know what they are doing when I walked into the store, they were fixing a machine that they broke and telling the boss how they would get it together I asked them to write something on a cake. It looks like chicken scratch. I told them if none of you can write it correctly I want a discount or my money back got my money back, and when I walked out, one of the young boys proceeded to tell me that he could read it because I told him it wasn’t legible don’t go to this place go closer to victory Boulevard. I’ll be there tomorrow getting my cake.

Ordered a cake with custom photo cake. I trusted store with letting me know a size for 25-30 people which was in case I needed bigger pieces they didn’t explain the sizes to me which I would have reconsidered the size they just went for the larger size cake. They explained to me after the fact their sizes bc I went by general cake sizing which for a sheet of cake is more 50-60+ people. The women May, I will say was very calm and understood why I was upset about the cake she apologized many times but the other employee Maya my second Calle to speak with manager was very rude I explained that I wanted a manager she said they don’t really have a manager here that she’s there I explained what happened she automatically said well you you took the cake I explained I took the cake due to limited rush time because I was running this birthday party I did not have time for them to do another cake. It was prepaid online. I explained also there was a small piece of hair which I just had cut off the side. The manager finally had contacted me hoping to get somewhere. Their first offer was a sundae credit. I explained that we don’t eat sundaes I always get a small ice cream for my son which I always ask for less than what they always give bc I don’t want it to waste. They offered $10 then $20 which I still don’t think was ok for the headache they given me. The manager constantly kept talking loud over me not allowing me to speak. Saying I’m bringing up other topics which is not true the topic of the cake was was reason I called regarding my concerns and then got rude workers so yes it was mentioned on why I was even more upset. He also said was making excuses to why the employee was rude that they’re 16 yr olds that he can’t control everything which I disagree being that he is their boss there’s no excuse to why they’re giving poor customer service. I wasn’t expecting a full refund due to I did take the cake and half was eaten. But I did expect more due to lack of informing me of cake sizes , their unprofessionalism from employee maya and manager John. Manager also being loud saying why didn’t I contact them that why I waited 2 days I tried explaining that I was running a party that I contacted the following day but they had got back to me the next day which made it 2 days so he’s assuming I waited 2 days. I expected better from them what I was asking for was all combined between poor information regarding cake sizes , poor costumer service , hair on the side of the cake, & just a headache in general. I would have been more understanding if it was not for the employee and manager. We won’t be going there again. Sad we been going there for a very very long time believe since it was opened. Corporate was contacted and they do not approve of this.

Ordered on uber eats. They didn’t not give us any of the toppings. I’ve been calling and they don’t answer the phone. It’s common courtesy to call the customer if you don’t have something. SMH.
