Recently, I went to this Carvel Store, And had a great time! The workers were warm and inviting, it was a delightful outing because of the store’s cleanliness and welcoming attitude. I high suggest.

best ice cream ever. i’ve went to about all the carvels on this island and i would say this is the best one, all the staffs are very nice especially josephina. ice cream is very flavorful and the vanilla is very creamy and rich. 10/10 experience definitely recommend this.

The daily special wasn’t available. They had no vanilla for the milkshake and refused to give us the discount with the hard scoop ice cream.
This place will nickel and dimes you for each spoon and napkin. Poor customer service. Please. Can you just give me an extra napkin without making it a thing?

Tough review here. The service was excellent - very friendly. I got a brown bonnet with vanilla ice cream. I've been eating Carvel vanilla for more than 50 years. Something was different. There was more air in the ice cream. It tasted like it was "whipped". Not good. Hope it was a one-time thing. But this isn't my regular Carvel, so I may never know.

this is a great Carvel shop with lots of options for Carvel icecream cake. The manager is very nice and we always get great customer service.

Most unprofessional place ever I got a cake there and I wrote something that I told the guy to put on the cake and when I got home and opened it he made a bad rude joke Abt my name that has to do with my culture which is extremely rude of him and I hope that guy that was wrote that gets fired
