don’t let these bad reviews fool you this place is amazing i been going here for over 7 years never had a messed up order or any leakage in any of the ice cream cones bought by them they have amazing ice cream and with fair prices this is definitely a spot worth going to if you want ice cream especially later in the night

best ice cream ever. i’ve went to about all the carvels on this island and i would say this is the best one, all the staffs are very nice especially josephina. ice cream is very flavorful and the vanilla is very creamy and rich. 10/10 experience definitely recommend this.

Tough review here. The service was excellent - very friendly. I got a brown bonnet with vanilla ice cream. I've been eating Carvel vanilla for more than 50 years. Something was different. There was more air in the ice cream. It tasted like it was "whipped". Not good. Hope it was a one-time thing. But this isn't my regular Carvel, so I may never know.
