best ice cream ever. i’ve went to about all the carvels on this island and i would say this is the best one, all the staffs are very nice especially josephina. ice cream is very flavorful and the vanilla is very creamy and rich. 10/10 experience definitely recommend this.

Tough review here. The service was excellent - very friendly. I got a brown bonnet with vanilla ice cream. I've been eating Carvel vanilla for more than 50 years. Something was different. There was more air in the ice cream. It tasted like it was "whipped". Not good. Hope it was a one-time thing. But this isn't my regular Carvel, so I may never know.

Frances provided excellent customer service. Great Carvel store, so happy it is so close to home. I love that they have BUY ONE GET ONE FREE soft icecream sundaes on Wednesdays! Love this place
