Never eating here again. First issue I encountered was them giving me beef which I am allergic too when I ordered a chicken Philly. Now this time I find plastic in my sandwich.

Second place I went to moving here to Staten island. And I so disappointed with the Philly cheesesteaks I had ordered. I ordered 3 of them that cost me like over 10bucks I think it's was 42 the total. My bread was cold didn't even get toasted. It lacked seasoning. The only thing I enjoyed was the strawberry lemonade. I wouldn't come here again.

This was my first time trying out this establishment and it will be my last. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak and originally I asked the cashier to make sure I had no mayo in my sandwich, he said the sandwich does not come with mayo, I received my order and there was mayo inside, when I went back to the cashier to return my sandwich he said that it was not mayo inside, when I told him I’m allergic if he was positive he then took my sandwich to be re made. After I received it for a second time there was only meat, lettuce and tomatoes, I went back to ask for the provolone cheese and the crisp onions that were supposed to be on it but instead they threw in a tiny bit of sprinkle cheddar cheese and sent me on my way. I also bought a chicken sandwich for my mother that she said had no taste. I spent $40 on food and the best thing to come out of this restaurant was the strawberry lemonade.

I really enjoy this spot. The variety of cheese steaks is awesome. The atmosphere is cool. The happy hour specials are a great value. The service is good.

Another solid lunch spot on the north shore of Staten Island , Prices are fair, considering the amount of steak you get . Sandwiches are NOT greasy, just right . I will be adding this to my list of lunch gems for future meals ...
