When we called to explain the situation, the lady acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and insisted it was fresh, despite sending us the rotten broccoli. I wouldn't even feed that food to my pets. My sister had a similar experience. She found fingernails in her food. Despite her warnings I continued to order now, I learned my lesson.
