This Chick-fil-A is a great choice when at the Staten Island Mall! The kids love it, and it's their favorite fast food place. The chicken nuggets and waffle fries are always a hit. It's a relatively clean and efficient spot in the food court. A great option for a quick and easy meal when you have picky eaters

Typical Chick-fil-A but in a mall setting. It's on the second floor so the drive-thru is kind of inconvenient. The service was good. Be careful if you're ordering through the app because the pickup is on the right side, not the left side for counter orders.
... And in case the joke was missed, there is no drive-thru.

Iāve never had an issue with Chick-fil-A; the food is always on point, from the perfectly crispy chicken to the tasty waffle fries. The service is always quick, friendly, and efficientājust what you expect from this chain.
The only reason Iām giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the location. Itās right in the middle of the mall, so there are always loud kids running around and a lot of foot traffic. While the food and service are top-notch, the atmosphere can be a bit chaotic at times.
Overall, if youāre in the mall and craving a great meal, Chick-fil-A is always a solid choice, just be prepared for a more bustling, noisy environment.

**MICE IN BEVERAGE** An androgynous redhead prepared my lemonade that day, and should have seen that he scooped BABY MICE into my cup with the ice. How poorly cleaned is this place that an infestation can take hold like this? If this is how they keep the front counter imagine how much worse the kitchen is that we can't see, or how bad their storage must be. I got halfway through my drink before my straw kept getting clogged. Upon seeing them floating around in there I dumped out the entire thing just to make sure I wasn't seeing things. Don't know if they were born in the ice machine, if the mom gave birth in the scooper, or if they're swimming in the tub of lemonade. All I know is that this location is bad enough to make me not want to ever eat CFA again at any location
Wheelchair accessibility: I think they targeted me because the cashiers laughed at my wheelchair when they saw me in line

My husband picked up my family's dinner about a half hour ago,and sad to say I was looking forward to my chicken sandwich but unfortunately someone not paying attention to well bc everything was in the box lettuce,tomatoe,buns & pickles but they forgot my chicken. Very sad I watched everyone eat and enjoy their dinner and I had to eat my own food !!!!!@
