This Chick-fil-A is a great choice when at the Staten Island Mall! The kids love it, and it's their favorite fast food place. The chicken nuggets and waffle fries are always a hit. It's a relatively clean and efficient spot in the food court. A great option for a quick and easy meal when you have picky eaters

Typical Chick-fil-A but in a mall setting. It's on the second floor so the drive-thru is kind of inconvenient. The service was good. Be careful if you're ordering through the app because the pickup is on the right side, not the left side for counter orders.
... And in case the joke was missed, there is no drive-thru.

The only reason Iām giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the location. Itās right in the middle of the mall, so there are always loud kids running around and a lot of foot traffic. While the food and service are top-notch, the atmosphere can be a bit chaotic at times.
Overall, if youāre in the mall and craving a great meal, Chick-fil-A is always a solid choice, just be prepared for a more bustling, noisy environment.
