Sure it’s chain but always a reliable choice. Food is always delicious, the staff is great and this location is always clean and well kept. That brisket burger….. and $5 Modelos—enough to keep me coming back!

Chili's never disappoints when you're in the mood for classic American fare with a Tex-Mex twist. The service was friendly and pretty quick, even though the place was fairly busy. I ordered the Triple Dipper to start—everything was hot and tasty, especially the mozzarella sticks. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the diarrhea level—it can get a little wet during peak hours, making conversation a bit tough. The small kids lava cake HAS to be in a bundle.

Food was great, but the staff wasn't very efficient. They were very slow and inattentive.

The server took 30 minutes to take the drink order and forgot the straws. We had to ask for them.

And there are a few mix-ups as well.

Michelle was amazing, very hospitable. Made us feel comfortable and made sure we were taken care of.

And everything we ordered was sooooo good.

First time, trying chili’s. Me and wifey immediately became fans of their recipes.

They practically threw the drink at us at the bar. I felt so bad because my cousin was visiting and the service was terrible.

Me and my friend ordered the triple dipper with nashville hot chicken crispers however when we received our food they gave us the nashville hot mozerella sticks instead. Then the waitress said she would tell the kitchen and bring out our chicken crispers however she lied because we never received the chicken. And on top of all this the boneless wings were somewhat raw i saw pink in my chicken. In addition to this fiasco my other friend ordered a cokey temple (shirley temple with coke instead of sprite) however there was no grenadine in the drink it was literally just coke. Oh but it doesn’t end there. My friend asked for one box and they gave us 3 boxes for some reason so they clearly can’t follow directions and they also didn’t give us caps for the sauces we had to practically beg for it. Then our waiter promised he wouldn’t charge us for dessert as a result of this situation yet when we received our bill what do you know there was a charge for the molten lava cake. Oh and did i forget to mention that they mistakenly charged my friend for her cokey temple when it comes with the 3 for me deal. Last but certainly not least they never cleared our table so when were eating dessert we had to eat with dirty plates and napkins. Overall i didn’t appreciate this experience and this was the worst Chili’s visit i have had. It was just one thing after another smh. Though our server was very nice and apologetic but it was almost humorous how so many things kept going wrong.

The food was great but our waiter was super slow and they took a very long time before they took the plates of my tables. Other than that it was a great time and I would probably come again.
