Always loved Chilis. This location is clean, servers are friendly and service was fast. I got the smokehouse combo with ribs and honey Chipotle tenders. I love that they never have an issue with my requests for no salt fries and bbq sauce on the side.

This place is out of this world. There’s nothing bad I could say about this place. Everything is made to perfection. And it’s a great experience in this restaurant only tiny thing is it can get a little crowded at times that’s why I wish they would open a second location on Staten Island something that’s closer to me and also so chilies would be less crowded because a few times I went it was very crowded so a second location would be awesome but other than that all good things about this restaurant

Usually I don’t write reviews but the service me and my wife received from Annie is always on point. Food is good too. Only complaint is the music is mad loud. Blasting Christmas music made me turn off the radio on the way home.

I’ve been to many different Chilis around New Jersey, and I was in the area and came to this one. This was easily the best Chilis I have ever been to. The food was the best I’ve ever had, ever item was high quality, the service was amazing. Our server Chica was amazing and she accommodated to everything we needed, made sure we were always satisfied. This is definitely the best Chilis I have ever been too and I would gladly go out of my way to come again.

Menu was boring. Mostly fried food. Hard to find something decent. Had the salmon and it was hard snd gross. Salad was limp and not fresh

I visited Chili’s on 11/13/2025 with a party of nine. It was a busy Friday night, and I want to start by saying the hosts did an amazing job. They greeted us warmly, kept us updated on our wait time, and even took the time to store a cake I brought for my friend. The restaurant was packed, and I understand nights like that can be overwhelming.

Once seated at table #9, things unfortunately went downhill. We ordered the Witches Brew margaritas, and while I understand the bar may run out of certain items on busy nights, the drink came without the themed décor and even in a regular glass. When we asked our server, Christian, to bring the correct glass for my friend’s Good Witch margarita, his response was, “You can get it yourself. What do you want me to do—fight the restaurant?”
We were honestly shocked.

I went to the bar myself and was able to get the correct glass with no issue.

We spoke with the manager, Anthony, who was polite, comped the drink, and said he would speak to Christian. We appreciated that. However, after that conversation, the service toward our table only got worse. Christian became noticeably dismissive and disengaged.

What made the situation even more frustrating was watching him bring four Good Witch drinks—with the correct glassware and full décor—to another table he seemed to know personally. When we asked why they received proper service and we didn’t, he brushed us off.

To be clear:
The food was great.
The service from our server was not.

I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and professionalism for future guests.

On the most busiest of days, Friday evening. The staff was still exceptional in waiting on us getting us a table and serving us and the food was absolutely delicious. Haven't been here in years and years but everything was on point kudos to you Chili's in Staten Island.

The service at food to go was great but my food was cold and nasty. Came here for the good reviews but my experience with the food was not great. Also when i opened the box there was a mess with the ranch.
