We had a disappointing experience with the customer service. We asked about a specific item at least three times to the person standing at the counter. Despite our repeated inquiries, he ignored us and never acknowledged our presence. It felt as if we were being treated like we were asking for free food.Bad customer service !!!!

I'm really sad and wondering if the owners have changed hands? I would always order from China King because their dishes were not the typical generic fare you get from most of the Chinese takeaway joints on the island. In particular their pork dumplings were the best hands down. Lots of flavor and thinner wrappers. There was also a darker color to the meat filling. Now they are the same bland generic dumplings like everywhere else, more dough than filling. The Moo shoo pork also tasted different. Not bad just more generic and not as flavorful as usual. What happened? I don't know if it's a cost cutting situation but it's definitely for the worse. Really hope it's temporary but I'm not hopeful.

Asked for a GREEN TRIPPLE DELIGHT off the VEGATARIAN MENU and it came with beef, chicken and shrimp. I called them to resolve this issue and got screamed at.
I placed and order. There were missing items. I called and they promised to call right back. They didnt do and now they do not answet my calls. I will do a credit card charge backUpdate. Manager answer and will send missing items. ( i called from different number). Driver came with missing items.

first time ordering from here Sweet and sour shrimp which comes in a food container from other places came in a wax bag. more batter ( hard and cold )than shrimp the shrimp also cold no excuse i live 5 mins away. gave 1 star can't give none
Ordered a chicken with broccoli, large white rice and a homemade tea. It was a little pricy overall. I also was missing a rice portion. The homemade tea was not sweet like almost every other place that makes homemade tea.

Was overcharged for food. The fried rice tasted more like yellow Spanish rice. Paid $22 for a soda, small container of rice, two egg rolls, and a medium size container of low mein. Will not be ordering from here again.

The food is decent, but the staff is so rude. I literally questioned the price of the food when I called because the price that they told me was different from the prices on their website. When I arrived to pick up the food, I heard the staff laughing and speaking in Chinese, thinking that I didn’t understand, about how I thought the price was lower. Was I supposed to know the prices in advance? The menu on their website provided inaccurate information. If you are going to trash talk about customers, don’t do it when they are there lmao. Honestly, this experience makes me not want to patronize them again.
