Food is good as long as they clean up while serving. Service is faint, could be better. Atmosphere is ok, needs an upgrade.

Management is really bad , ordered my food on the app too be picked there is a line of people waiting and my food is sitting there behind counter, instead of one person giving out the pickup orders there making other people's orders!, workers need training, then I get home and I open the bag and they are crushed one on top of another, and the rice is hard and terrible ! You need to fix this problem!

Went to pick up food ordered in app waited 50 minutes after app said food was ready for pick up. Blonde girl making orders was rude to a guy saying his app said food was ready for pickup. Told him to wait and threw the spoon with rice across her station Let everything run out and they kept printing out the tickets as if food was done. There was at least 20 people waiting for pick up orders. It was very disappointing and when arrived home good was cold and the wraps were hard! This is really unacceptable. The store was dirty in eating area and food trays were piled high behind the counter. You need to do much better.

They are always out of something every time I order, which isn’t often. I’ve only been there about 6 times. They were out of ice, sour cream, guacamole and chicken. Get it together!! These are the necessities. The manager is also very uptight, snooty and not very helpful. When I mentioned that they are always out of something the reply was “ “people always order extra and that’s why we run out”. Smh. I mean it’s not rocket science, order more food for your restaurant.

I don’t know the name of the worker but I really appreciate how nice she is. I recently went through a traumatic break up and the way she treated me made me felt so positive, it’s like she knew I was going through something. The food is AMAZING!👅

People working here are the slowest. Line is almost always all the way to the door. One person preparing the meals while the rest of them just hang at the back chatting. Always running out of rice or meat. Sickening.

It’s a shame that this location was closed on national avocado day due to a plumbing issue.

I made a delivery order, the guacamole arrived spoiled, its color was completely brown, there was a spoiled taste in all ingredients. I had to vomit immediately after eating it!!

Got there 20min after they opened. They had several choices unavailable but half the employees were at the tables eating all their bowls. Incredible. Store pretty dirty too

The place is absolutely filthy. Floor is disgusting, tables and chairs are never cleaned off. I didn’t want to be traumatized so I didn’t look in the bathroom. I understand that customers are pigs, but you gotta keep up with the cleaning.
Also they constantly have run out of something. Either guacamole, avacado, Quesadillas, brisket Etc. Most of the people who work there look miserable and kinda give you the Staten Island attitude. They have a garbage can for recycling but people throw food bowls in there anyway. It’s always a filthy experience when we go there. They are obviously doing good business, hire someone to clean please!
