Listen… I rolled into this Chipotle right before closing, fully expecting the usual “we’re out of half the stuff” energy — but NOPE. Instead, I was greeted by Brandon, the absolute hero of the night.

Not only was everything still fresh, but this man gave portions like he was blessing me for the journey ahead. I’m talking generous, “my bowl couldn’t even close,” “gym gains approved” portions. And he did it all with a good attitude even though it was literally minutes before they locked the doors.

Brandon didn’t just make a bowl — he created a masterpiece. A culinary event. A life experience. I walked in hungry, but I left feeling like a valued customer, a respected human being, and maybe even a better person. Chipotle, give this man a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own holiday.

If you’re ever at this location, pray you get Brandon. Dude deserves 10/5 stars.

I always get the chicken and This place is always out of chicken every time I stop by an hour before closing. Always having to pay for carne asada price because everything else is gone except for their Vegan options. Food is cold too, customer service is nowhere to be found in stores or from customer care

I just went with my husband and as we were waiting on line, a female worker aggressively told my husband and 4 teenagers behind us “wait outside. The line is too long. Wait outside”. There’s a way to speak to people. We are grown adults not teenagers, watch how to speak to me. So we left.

The food was good, she did accidentally get some rice in my burrito... but that's first world problems, the patio needs organizing.
Price wise I'm sure I could have gone to a restaurant and gotten a
better burrito, I'll research further... the atmosphere was ok. This was my first visit to a Chipotle... and lastly a lower price would get more people in the door.

Fresh food, quick and friendly service, generous portions. Only complaint is the floors are a bit dirty. But this location is pretty decent, don’t know there are so many negative reviews.

Stop putting meat in my veggie bowls. It happens allllll the time. I can taste it in every bite. I’m not even a vegetarian I just don’t want it in my bowl. Stop trolling or stop screwing or up. Thanks.

This is the worst chipotle in all 5 boroughs. Its crazy because they have sooo many terrible reviews and they make no changes for improvement!
