I love the foods that Chipotle serves. However, each franchise serves differently. Some serve their foods a little ones the stingy side & some do not. Regardless, their food is always fresh & flavorful.

10/17/2025 dinner time just went there all food trays were empty no refills on steak it look like whoever the manager is there is not telling employees what to do when trays are empty

I love chipotle very disappointed

Food was good its just like qdoba. Their menu is ok its just another chain food restaurant. Staff was polite and fast. They did lack hair nets especially on people with long hair.

Nah theres no way people rated this 5 stars. Gotta be bots, the inside is an absolute wreck. Didn't order for fear of contracting a disease. Went to Qdoba and gave them my money instead. Well worth it to not catch anything.

Disappointed

Says open online but the store is temporarily closed need to update online before people waste time traveling.

Management needs to do a better job here, feels like a hangout for teenagers instead of them working. I went in when they just opened up and got leftover food, Horrible. Had no chips because the kid that makes the chips quit.

It was ringing in my ear, making me almost throw up and then I wanted to get some cold water to cool down my headache, and it turned out to be warm. Really happy to a new see Chipotle near me. Love the brand but the new store that just opened is a mess. Tremendous trash over flowing in the trash bins and the tables are disgustingly dirty. Please do something quickly. This is not good.

Very disorganized order. Got a burrito bowl with sour cream EVERYWHERE. Where are my vegetables? Rice sour cream and beans with little bits of chicken..

I love chipotle but I am really not impressed with the new location that opened near me here in tottenville. Every time I walk in no one greets you and everyone has a long face on. If you ask a question, it’s answered under their breath making no eye contact. I went in with my son who is 2 who said hi to one of the cashiers and no one even acknowledged him. The other day we just decided to go to the location in Woodbridge and were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Not saying they need to be over the top but some eye contact and maybe a welcome to chipotle wouldn’t hurt. Just sad to see this location just opened and a place that I love to eat has such miserable workers.

Order twice both times got there and my order was already marked as picked up. Both times I waited at least 25 mins past pick up time. The staff is not one bit friendly and the lady making the take out ordered is clearly overwhelmed and apologizes 100 times. I watched a male staff member blatantly ignore someone while they were asking a question and walked away. It was abnormal.. they do not want to work..
