We go every weekend to this location. My kids love it. Had a bad experience today. Another child tried to hop in a ride with my child (the little toddler car that moves) and he put his hand up to stop her. That girl was 3 and my child is 2. Her mother started screaming at my baby and waving fingers at him. She then starts threatening that she will punch my baby in the face. Staff was right there witnessing all this so I asked them to step in instead of responding to the angry lady myself. They called more backup and security/manager. The lady continued to scream that she will punch him in the face right in front of the staff. The entire staff looked scared of her and didn't know how to respond. I expected that they would at the least tell her to leave for screaming, swearing in front of kids, and threatening to hit a baby. In the end they didn't say anything to her and instead told me to leave if I feel unsafe. Staff needs to be trained to better handle conflict. We will stay away from Chuck e Cheese now.

We visited this play area yesterday and the experience was disappointing. The first thing we saw at the entrance was an open food section. Salads were left out in the open, right where people walk in wearing their outdoor clothes. It did not look clean or safe, and it felt very uncomfortable.

What shocked me most was a cake box on display that was clearly spoiled. It had mold on it and should have been thrown out long ago. It was right in front of everyone, including kids.

A lot of the arcade machines were not working. The card charged points, but the games did not start. Some machines were completely broken.

Overall, the place needs much better maintenance and hygiene. It could be a nice space, but right now the experience was not pleasant.

If I had to i would give them 0 star. Their prices are so high. The worst part is that there is no age restrictions of little kids on the trampoline and the area that they have which you have to pay extra for it. Each kid and if you bought infant only 18 months old and he want to play in that area, they are expecting them to go alone. No supervision and no adult is allowed in that area. How insensitive what if a kid get hurt who will be responsible for that? Would never take my kids to that place again. Please do save your money and time. Overpriced with rude staff.

my brother went to Chuck E. Cheese on South Ave., Staten Island the worker for the trampoline she took away my brother‘s bracelet and she wouldn’t give it back. what a hateful place. I would expect much better from this. this is proof of her, taking my brothers bracelet.

This place is amazing for kids. I hope all kids got to go there when they was younger especially adults because this was so fine when I went there. I went there so many times during the school year had to beg my dad was like all school days like school weekdays school, but he still took me and my mom came and she went to the store right by Chuck E. Cheese and we have so much fun together. Parents always play with me and also my friends also had a birthday party there so I went there.
