Not clean, bathrooms are filthy . Staff was to busy talking amongst each other to help out . Kids had a good time but wouldn’t come back .

Needed an activity for my grandsons (2) and this was a great “investment “ 2 month pass which includes 100 games (50 each) believe it took 4 hours to finish those games. They had so much fun (am done😂). For about $100 and they can use it daily 50 games each from today for 2 months. Any chuck E Cheese NY , NJ (any where) . 👍👍👍

They had upgraded something, added trampoline and no more stage but replaced with bigger screen. For service they had us wait 30mins despite being advised to come 2:30pm for a 3pm birthday party. Not cool for children on the spectrum to have to wait that long! I feel like they had over booked time slots without giving allowance for clean up and set up. I feel like it is too chaotic and no exclusive moments for the mascot to spend specific moments for the birthday celebrant as other kids joined in as well making it too crowded and chaotic. This is my observation as a guest and one reason I won’t be booking my children parties here! Next weekend we will be back for another birthday party invites.

Man, this place used to be a dump. I guess new management came in. They renovated everything. All the machines work, its super clean and they even added a play area with a trampoline. Very happy

This place has significantly changed to the worse. They removed all rides and it is now only arcade machines not geared for younger kids.
They did add a bouncing trampoline which is great, but that is all the kids want to do and is always overcrowded with kids.

Just watch your table ,had people take candy off my table and random people searching my table for there jackets who were not part of my party .
It’s amazing for 2 to 5 year olds, however; for the rest of humanity it’s really not worth the pain!

The best location in New York! The service is the best! The waiters and the manager deserve respect! Always satisfied! Every year we celebrate a birthday and kids and parents are happy! And the food is incredibly delicious! Thank you to the team for an incredibly cool birthday! 🎉

I have not been to Chuck E. Cheese in years because my kids are all grown. We had our granddaughters birthday celebration here and I was amazed at the transformation of the venue. Plenty of games, nice trampoline and the staff was amazing & very attentive.
