My daughter; "This was the best day of my life." Amazing service very friendly, especially with the kids, the place might be a little different than u may remember but the pizza is still great and it's all very clean. My 5-year-old daughter loved this party from hearing her name on the loud speaker like she was the most special person to chuck E coming out. They know how to make ur child feel special on their special day. ????

Had a really good time with my daughter and granddaughter!
Update: Havenât been back in 4 yrs. Went to a party and was impressed. The food was way better. There were no broken toys and the service was good. I was so impressed that I went back a month later and probably will continue going back. The pizza taste pretty good and the wings were good too. My only qualm is the french fries portion is so little but overall way way better than they used to be. Good job management!
Spent $50 bucks on pizza, 4 drinks, fries and wings. The wings were so cold inside and not cooked, the pizza is of course frozen. Some games were broken and took my money anyway, when I told a worker he said he was working in another game and never came.

I like this location, it's clean and not too crowded. the new trampoline is a great hit. my boy never liked coming to Chuck E cheese much until the trampoline addition which he loves. the place is clean, the staff are nice (probably the nicest of all the branches that I've been), the value is good for the money. Keep coming back mainly for the trampoline. But the signage for the trampoline needs to be more clear. There is no sign at the trampoline to indicate that there is a fee to jump. so on the first time, my kid nearly threw a tantrum while he waited for me to go back up front at the cashier and wait in line to pay for the trampoline wrist band and socks. Better signage will avoid unnecessary frustration. This is the case at other locations too.

Had a great night here with 4 kids (11x2, 6,3). The staff was super helpful with my 100 questions and assisting when my son lost his card.
Upgrade was huge as the place was immaculate. Staff cleaning regularly, available for card help, and food questions. Would definitely come back again.

They have definitely gotten better lately, from the cleanliness to the deals as well as great offers & discounts on food when you had the summer pass, food seems to have improved, my kids love it here, I do however miss when tickets came outta the machines & they gave an exciting amount of points ad apposed to the 5 or less you get per game now, if that. Still a great place to take my kids for an hr or 2 of fun.

As a mother of the Autism CommunityâŚI have to speak heavily on this. I was always concerned about Sensory Sundays and was actually excited we had a birthday party planned on a Sunday. We went in and my 4 year old like many autistic toddler/children have aversions to sensitivitiesâŚone of them being socks which is a no brainer if you are a âsensory autism place.â My daughter wanted to jump in the trampoline and she has a hard time understanding and adjusting to situations upon transitioning. She was told she needed to leave and was not allowed in the trampoline. For a place that advertises âAutism Awarenessâ it pains me that this is not something that they created to help our sensory sensitive/autistic babies. I was ALSO disgusted that even the children with their OWN socks were told to leave because ChuckECheese made you purchase THEIR socks. So I stress my complete aggravation for not only the children of the autism community BUT for all parent. Disgusted. If you plan to visit especially on Sensory Sunday I would 100% reconsider going elsewhere. My sister voiced her concern to the manager yesterday and all they said was âWe just dim the lights and lower music..â That is not what it is about to me. Anyway I had to share my frustration not only for myself but the many parents who witness this and had to deal with the same aftermath as me (which was us having to leave)
