Pizza is good but donât show up expecting a deal. They promote a $13 large pizza Monday through Wednesday yet they still charged me $20 today (Monday) because itâs a holiday? Columbus Day? Makes no sense. Cmon management get it together.
Good pizza. Easy access from the train. The thin crust is perfect. The dining room is well appointed. The staff is nice. The service is fast. If you're a train geek then it's worth the trip.

I ordered a large pizza. It was $30! I never eat a pizza with such a THIN crust, not only that, almost no cheese and tge pepperoni was sliced so thin that I could see the light going right through it wheb held up in the air! I will never again, pay so much for so little.

I met some friends from high school. I live in New Jersey and haven't been back to Staten Island for a while and I couldn't believe the quality of the pizza. It was delicious!

This was hands-down the worst dining experience Iâve ever had. My boyfriend and I came in for a meal and received unbelievably poor service from our waitress. She repeatedly placed our food and drinks on empty seats across from usâcompletely ignoring usâas if she was serving someone else who wasnât even there. She didnât greet us, check in, or acknowledge us the entire time.
It got so strange and uncomfortable that I had to finally ask her why she kept serving the empty chairs. Iâve never felt so disrespected in a restaurant.
To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to management, the response was nothing but excuses. No accountability. No apology. Just brushing it off like our experience didnât matter.
What hurts the most is that Iâve been coming here since they opened in 1997. But after this, I wonât be back. I refuse to spend my money somewhere Iâm treated like a second-class citizen. #BoycottCiroPizzeria

this is by far one of the best pizzerias I ever ate at, dating back to 1999. I had my first date with the most beautiful woman that I have ever laid my eyes on in 2001. Glad to see they are still going strong and I will be visiting again soon. Not only great pizza but the dinners are fantastic as well.

Our family have been loyal patrons of your establishment for two generations. That is why we were both shocked and deeply disappointed by the treatment my 14-year-old daughter and 76-year-old mother-in-law received during a recent visit.
After attending a local game, they stopped by your restaurant to enjoy a meal and ordered one of your pizza specials along with two chicken rolls. To their dismay, they were refused permission to sit outside and eatânot because seating was unavailable, (it was completely empty)-but because part of their order included a promotional item. Despite the fact that they also ordered full-priced chicken rolls, this arbitrary policy was rigidly enforced.
Adding further insult, one of the chicken rolls was prepared incorrectly. Your staff called after my mother-in-law who was on her way back to her car (after being told they were not allowed to sit outside) to acknowledge the mistake, and once again she politely asked if they could simply sit outside to eat. Incredibly, the answer was still no.
To be clear: your business actively promotes specials to attract customers, yet when customers respond in good faith, they are denied basic hospitality like a place to sit. Is a discount on a pizza pie truly worth alienating long-time, loyal customersâparticularly when theyâve also ordered additional full-priced items?
This incident does not reflect the values of a neighborhood establishment that claims to serve its community. Your decision to deny a grandmother and her granddaughter a seat over a technicality (especially when ALL the outdoor seating was available) showed a complete disregard for customer loyalty, basic courtesy, and dignity.
If this is how Ciroâs now chooses to treat its community, then youâve not only lost our business, but youâve lost touch with the very people who helped build your success! In a borough full of dining options, we chose you time and again. But No more.
Very disappointed,
JP
