I ordered a sandwich here. Not only did it cost an outrageous $15 (you can get the same thing for four dollars less elsewhere), but they got the sauce wrong (barbecue instead of buffalo), the chicken breast was hard, and the onion was clustered together instead of spread throughout the sandwich. The only saving graces were that the sandwich was relatively big and they provided a free bag of potato chips made with unhealthy seed oils.

I wanted to make this my staple when needing deli sandwiches, via delivery app, however; two months ago, I’d ordered food from Citi Bagels and when it was delivered, It had a rotten smell, which she told me of course the cold cuts were rotten.Today for the first time in a couple of months, I ordered again, hoping that it would be a better experience, but the hero bread used to make my sandwich is not edible being as it’s beyond stale. I can barely bite into it to pull a piece off.

Absolute rip offf.ordered their lox bagel and they put 2 small slices of salmon that didn’t even cover half the bagel! It was basically a bagel with cream cheese and onions. For 11$ too smh
