I wasn't exactly expecting anything spectacular from a deli in a mall food court, but I just paid $9 for the worst chicken Caesar wrap I've ever had. Burnt chicken, charred wrap, maybe 12 pieces of lettuce, and a tiny bit of dressing with bland unsalted fries on the side. It went promptly in the garbage. After I paid, I also noticed they're a B grade. Don't waste your money here.

Not sure why other experienced such bad service. I order there all the time while I'm at work and they even deliver to me in the mall!! They cook better then Italian restaurants. Food is always fresh and most dishes are made to order. I've never been disappointed eating here.

Service there sucks, they always ruin orders. I had there food I'd say on five occasions and each was terrible. One time they gave me a raw omelet. Another time raw chicken. You ask for one thing I get it half correct. Very unsatisfied with everything there. Teach the people there how to cook and the people in the front how to interact with customers and not bs-ing about the guy u slept with.
