Cold Stone Creamery

Went to cold stone because I seen a video about a cold stone ice cream taco. Online they advertise it to be a big size but when I went to my local cold stone they were really skimpy and small.. online it says $7.99 but in store it’s $9.99… so not worth it

Extremely upset with the “Asian” male with the Black Hair….had the nerve to tell the other individual who was preparing my ice cream that’s too much! How dare you….I will no longer be returning to this location. I know the difference between a small and a medium….I paid for a medium and that’s what I’m supposed to get! NI SHEI A!

BEWARE! Very disappointed with this location and shame on you! My son went there and informed the girl behind the counter that he had a life-threatening nut allergy and asked her to take the ice cream from a fresh tub, which they keep in the back. We have been customers of this Cold Stone location for years. She refused saying that ice cream was too hard for her to scoop. That’s too
bad! Ask someone else to help you if you can’t do it. She ended up going in the back to do it, but hid there so he couldn’t see if she actually taking proper safety precautions to assure he did not contaminated ice cream. Do you understand that he can die?! So he paid for the ice cream and threw it out because he wasn’t sure she did the right thing for him to make sure it was safe for him to eat. I hope the health department goes there to audit them. We will NOT be returning and while go
to Carvel or Ralph’s, they don’t have a problem doing the right and safe thing for their customers.

ALLERGY HAVERS BEWARE!!!: Allergic to peanuts, got something without peanuts and unfortunately ENDED UP EATING A PEANUT NEAR THE END OF MY ICE CREAM😒 #notokay it was really good before that happened though

Ridiculously priced. If they ask if you want to mix flavors they don't tell you they will charge almost $2 dollars to do it..

Ordered ice cream for five people, costed $80, and we got five micro small cups that amounted to barely 1 scoop of ice cream. Was barely any ice cream in it. Over priced and will never order here again, literally any other ice cream place would give you a pint each for the amount of money we

Stopped here for some ice cream and I’m glad we did. The store was very busy but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was delicious and everyone enjoyed it.

Staff has been super nice and the ice cream is always so yummy!

I would give 0 to this place manager was rude and did the wrong to me dropped my ice cream on the floor while flipping and would not replace the portion he dropped on the floor when I asked if he is going to replace the portion of ice cream that he dropped he refused it completely and insulted me in front of everyone. You are in food industry buddy have some understanding people know what they are paying for don’t make fool out of your customers. I really hope owner will give some training to this kid.

it smells like dirty armpit ? I came in last week and had to leave right away because the smell was so bad
