I love this place. Service is fast and on point, the place is kept clean and the ice cream is top notch as always. I usually always get chocolate devotion or cheesecake fantasy. But today I got Oreo overload, let’s just say I got a a newfound love for cold stone again. Always hits the spot!

Chocolate Devotion from Cold Stone is super tasty! It has chocolate ice cream, fudge, brownies, and chocolate chips all mixed together. Every bite is full of chocolate and so fun to eat. If you love chocolate, you will really enjoy this!

I was Waiting for 15 minutes the store was empty but it was still open, so I waited for 20 Minutes I yelled “is everyone there” nothing but Silence and I heard talking so there were goofing around not taking it seriously, just because there’s not a lot of people in your store, you still shouldn’t slack off , Disappointed Cold stone now that idk should I ever return or not

Premium ice cream or cakes, which you should expect to pay premium prices. Everything is good, and I do love their cakes. The staff is helpful in ordering and has never made an error with us. It is not a matter of choosing the best versus other places. Sometimes you are in the mood for Coldstone, Carvel, fro-yo at Yogurt City, or some delicious homemade ice cream at Something Sweet. You make your choice and get what you expect to get. Coldstone is for big, tasty, and pricey.

Got an ice cream birthday cake for hubby! We got a small one, coffee flavor, with writing. The service here was exceptional. The guy took my order over the phone when my credit card wouldn't go through on the website and said I could pay when I was picking up the cake! And the cake was delicious!

It's an ice cream store! Nothing much to say about that other than how pricy it is. For three kids size (one scoop) and one regular small size (two scoops) I paid close to $40!That's insane for ice cream in my opinion.

I came in to purchase a premade cake and asked for “happy birthday” written on the cake. I was the only customer in the store and waited 20 minutes for the writing to be done, just for it to look completely sloppy. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but it seemed like this employee had no experience doing this. I then asked him to fix it and waited another 15 minutes for the cake. 35 minutes to write “happy birthday” ??? Not to mention another customer walked out during this…

This place is really nice. The owner is super cool. I had an issue a while back with a milk shake not being made properly. I called to complain, and the owner called me back personally. He was apologetic and extremely accommodating and nice. Mistakes happen, and he made it right for me and my husband. We've been several times since with no issue.

I just ordered from here guy completely messes up my order so i have to dispose of it instead of reimbursing me or making it again I had to pay again just for him to make it wrong again… it can’t be that hard to put ice cream on a cone like seriously
