I’ve been a regular customer at this diner for about a year now, often bringing family and friends along. The wait staff is fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and helpful (definitely 5-star service). However, the experience falls apart when it comes to paying. The person handling the register, who I believe may be the owner’s daughter, delivers an incredibly cold and impersonal interaction. There’s no real sense of appreciation, and her "thank you" feels hollow,...
