Great variety of cookies and pastries 😏💗
So cute inside and the staff is soo friendly! Came with some friends over the weekend and we had to make a return trip the next day. Cookies are about $16.50/lb, so quantity per price is very much based on what you buy. For us, prices came out to about $1/cookie/ I preferred some cookies to others, but none were bad. Faves: Elephant ear, twix pretzel, adult chocolate chip, and pb&j.

I was in line, came up next, no one - out of about 8 people behind the display - called or approached for service. I walked out.

I ordered 9 lbs of cookies for a cocktail party last month. OMG best cookies ever, and a great choice for an easy to serve dessert.

Fantastic owners and staff at both locations (Forest Ave and New Dorp) I was blown away at the level of customer service.I fell in love with every cookie I tried. The batter is light and buttery in a special way that makes me want to return again and again. I tried at least a dozen. And they all had something different to offer but they all were consistently delicious. There is a wide variety, so there is something for every taste at a reasonable price.I loved the decor at both places. There is so much charm in the details, so take your time looking around. If you're on a budget, they offer day old pastries so you can try them for less.I highly recommend this place! I can't wait to return!!

Horrible service, staff is rude and forget to even give me my order. This has happened multiple times in the past as well. Won't be coming back.
Cute spot
Love this place. Interesting options and flavors. Try and stop by when I’m in the area to bring treats home. Favorite was the peanut-butter and jelly cookie and the homemade Oreos.
Had the pleasure of visiting the most delightful cookie shop in town, and I can confidently say that it deserves every one of its five stars! The selection of cookies at this shop is simply unparalleled. From classic chocolate chip to unique flavors that push the boundaries of cookie creativity, they have something to satisfy every craving. The moment I took my first bite, I knew I had discovered a little slice of cookie paradise. The cookies were baked to perfection―crispy on the edges, soft and chewy in the center, with just the right amount of sweetness. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, leaving me craving more.

My boyfriend and I go to cookie jar every Monday and our favorite worker is Ella! Her friendly and positive attitude always makes us smile. She helps us pick out 3-5 cookies to try and her recommendations are always so yummy and tasty! We will be coming back every week for sure :)
Cookie Jar is more like the "cookie palace". This place has the best cookies I have ever seen on the planet. The Homemade Oreo and the Maria Cookie are some of their best products and I love the fact that the staff there is beyond friendly and professional. This place is incredible on so many levels and I love what they have to offer | A Definite Must-Visit.
