Wifi is down, and too many pets walked through
My home and my convenience to just go downstairs here on the complex and get a meal.i can't wait until the liquor store being added in less than a month
Very spacious, plants, cool design, great lighting. Lots of comfy couches and chairs, as well as seats at tables. Ideal for studying, reading, relaxing, etc.
Coffee was the better choice for the area, but it was much too hot for proper extraction and the flavor was a bit bitter for my preference.
Very nice lighting and tons of table space. Great studying environment. Coffee is yummy. Unfortunately they only have one size. But the price is good for the coffee quality.
Didn't even get a chance to order anything from here because the barista was a nasty b****. My best friend and I came here the Tuesday of thanksgiving week for some coffee. We arrived at 7:25PM on the dot (hours are until 8PM) and the wonderful and exceptionally friendly barista (LOL) snapped at us that the espresso machine was off and continued to click away on her phone. We looked at the menu for a second but were so turned off that we left to go somewhere else. Get some friendly staff that doesn't make you miss out on sales from potential customers. Also-- the counter area smelled of mildew bleach rags.
It’s a really cute place, one of the few artsy coffee shops in the area but unfortunately doesn’t live up to the hype. The service is terrible- baristas always seem annoyed to have to take orders, are on their phones when customers stand in line waiting, or too busy talking to come take your order. I cant even ever stop in the morning before work because I’ve come on at least 2 occasions a half an hour after their opening time listed online and the place wasn’t even open. The only reason I kept giving it a chance was because it’s the closest coffee shop to where I work. They make low quality coffee for really high prices, and the only thing I’d say it’s good for is if you want to stay and study in a mostly quiet and aesthetically pleasant atmosphere in the area, but otherwise for a quick cup on the go, it’s not worth it at all.

Cool mugs, tons of space, and great lighting.
The oat milk latte was delicious and the space was wonderful: lots of light, lots of comfortable seating and a quiet atmosphere that was perfect for reading. It's the kind of spot that I wish all coffee shops could be.
This is a 2 floor cafe / lounge / coffee shop. Reminiscent of a Starbucks in look and in yheir prices, but a much nice place in comparison to study, or Grab a bite to eat.
So far this is the best cafe I found in Staten island. The coffee was tasty! It is great a place to read a book or just chill. I am wondering why there is so little reviews on this place.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL space. I felt like I was in a West Elm showroom. I'll keep this review short as I didn't have coffee there-just got a bottled drink-but I was pretty disturbed by the lack of cleaning in the shop. So my 3 stars are for looks alone, but cleanliness was about a 1.5. There were several dirty tables with crumbs, used coffee cups, etc and it was literally empty for about the 1.5 hours that I was there. No customers. I was very surprised that the sole barista was playing on her phone over cleaning the dirty tables when she clearly had nothing to do. Very odd. Management should look into improving this. Otherwise, a very pretty coffee space.
This place only have 50% of the menu in stock. So when you order things you're told we don't have that, its out of stock. Also they charge Starbucks prices while the barista serves low quality drinks. Never again will I pay almost $5 for a cup of their drinks
The day I visited that place they ran out of milk, sandwhiches. They only had some pastries left. However good coffee and a fantastic place for studying. Will definitely go back. It was a little bit cold inside.
Asked a lady who works there, sitting behind a desk in the cafe where the bathroom was, refused to answer stating she only works with residents,, to go ask the barista, very rude, another woman asked her the same question and again refused, not sure what work she was actually doing but spent the majority of her time laughing with the barista.
Dear Management and owner whomever is the new Manager of this location is really a disappointment, there has been no ice coffee for almost 3 weeks and were in the middle of the summer and now no Bagels because there are none in other locations, how stupid is She, doesn't she know you have to cater to the needs of the community, why would you get rid of bagels when clearly it sells at this location, I go to this coffee shop every day and its truly disappointing and I'm annoyed that the new Manager doesn't have any brains running this place, simply an uneducated person in the hospitality and food industry
Good place to work
I Love the coffee here it's amazing You must try the salad and the cookies here also really good.
Beautiful cafe ,good chairs, good atmosphere love it .
It feels minimally different from Coffeed that used to be in the same location. The furniture is a little less eye catching, more subtle. The coffee is still quite good.
Located inside an apartment building this cafe is open to the public. Quiet and never really crowded. Plenty of seating and decently priced drinks. With a student discount it makes a great place for study sessions/group meet ups. This place is close to the Stapleton train station or a 15 minuet drive from the Staten Island Ferry. You could also take one of the share bikes (jump) which are typically located near the ferry/outside the cafe. Parking is free for 2 hours for customers based on a sign in the cafe but I can't confirm or deny that.
Awesome Kool Urban style coffee shop. A little food and snacks too. Nice addition to S.I
Really nice place to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee also a nice place to study.
Very cool coffeeshop inside the Urby.
Very kind staff loved the atmosphere.
This cafe is a hidden GEM on Staten Island that everyone must try. No other cafe in Staten Island have I came across such high quality coffee and espresso beverages! (With decent prices!) The atmosphere is beyond beautiful--it feels like you're somewhere in Manhattan. What a perfect place to study or just relax!
I've stopped in a few times and the barista's are very welcoming and assiduous. The coffee contains an earthy element which creates a pleasant taste. The pastries are irresistible as they are always freshly baked and delicious. I will frequent here again. P.s: if you are looking for a quiet place to read, relax, or work on a project/homework/ or converse with your friends, this place offers large area seating as well as a second floor.
The space and its distinctive decor still exist: its operations as a coffee shop have just been taken over by the Coperaco coffee shop chain, and in a recent article on the subject on silive.com, https://www.silive.com/expo/life-and-culture/erry-2018/11/6d5c63a2eb1258/coperaco-worldfamous-coffee-ro.html?utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=statenislandadvance_sf&utm_source=facebook&fbclid=IwAR1uEJwIjHl5WkFlUTH-dhy2O7y8RZH4AI7KWLGPHVVg6Pr8Mv6JEoStuAg, its address is given as 8 Navy Ct Pier.
