I went to this place the other night with a few people. The food was good, for the most part, but it used to be better. I'm not sure if they changed chefs, downgraded their food quality, or what, but it wasn't the same. The location on Fingerboard is better.

Da Noi on Victory Blvd. It is very accommodating. They offer a very extensive menu, which is excellent. The wait staff are wonderful. There is plenty of space inside to offer private events.Thank you, Da Noi.Antoinette Lucente
