Dave & Buster's Staten Island

The food wasn't all that the beef burgers weren't cooked properly, and the pasta was way too salt.

I go to dave and busters often, mostly in nj and pa. While my visit to NY on the other hand was my worst experience by far. When we first arrived after being seated being told to just find a seat they took about 15 minutes before even acknowledging that we were there. With only maybe 3 other tables eating after finally putting in our order, they forget the other half of my meal. They forgot to bring out a drink, and they made my boyfriends sandwitch wrong, and we had to ask for more sauce. As there wasn't any on the sandwitch as it was supossed to be in the description. They bring out the other half of my meal (Mozzerella sticks) and they bring me out cold(like refrigerated cold )marinara sauce. At this point, our server was rolling her eyes and getting agitated with us. Went to the bathroom, 2 toilets clogged, one was straight up disgusting, and the 1 that was normal, the door doesn't lock. Went to play some games like 1/3 of the games were not working. Not only is this a smaller building than what I've been to before but it gets really limited when almost half the games don't work.

It’s arcade/bar food, review wise they get straight C’s across the board. Not bad food by any means, but certainly not great. People are coming here mainly for the games though.

Didn't stay. Promos don't exist on the weekends. Got seated at a table that had not been cleaned. Will not return.

You must book in advance it literally says so in each and every advertisement I was quite surprised to see some one actually write that the service was slow I guess it would be since you didn't book an event like it specifically tells you to do be fair don't be a Karen. Great place

It was great food was affordable and delicious, it was my son's birthday waiter was very polite, very patient and he sang happy birthday to my son he had a great time will be going again thank you.

We love this place. BBQ ribs are the best!

It's great for kids and sports fan. Very loud because of all the video games. Quieter near the bar. Food is good depending on what you order. Burgers and nachos were yummy. If you don't like the food there the staten island mall food court has many options.

Fun place, food is pretty good. The smash burgers are great. Awesome that TVs are all over the place. Fun place to go hang out with the family.

Dave & Buster’s offers a fun experience, especially if you’re looking for a place to hang out and play games. The arcade is always a blast, with a wide variety of games to choose from, and it's great for people of all ages. I’ve spent hours here with friends and family, and the atmosphere is always lively and enjoyable.

However, when it comes to the food, that’s where Dave & Buster’s falls short. Unfortunately, the food is just not up to par. The quality doesn’t match the fun atmosphere, and many of the dishes I’ve tried have been lackluster, to say the least. It feels more like standard bar food that’s overpriced and lacking in flavor.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that a lot of the machines aren’t always in the best working condition. Some are broken, and it can be frustrating when you’re excited to play a game, only to find that it’s out of order. While the experience can still be fun, it’s a bit disappointing when you’re paying for entertainment and some of the games aren’t functioning properly.

Despite these issues, I still enjoy the overall experience at Dave & Buster’s, and I’ll keep coming back for the arcade fun. If they could improve the food quality and keep the machines in better shape, it would definitely earn a 5-star review from me.

Honestly one of the best Dave and Buster's I've ever been to they are so polite, and the food is great.

Dietary restrictions: They have things for people with sensitive stomachs. The salmon bowl healed my stomach after one day. They also have cauliflower and other options. 👍
