Amazing , waiters were very nice & manager as well .. fast service and everything about the experience that night was 100 percent on point and smooth. I appericate all the waiters and everyone

Arrived prior to seating time. Hostess walked passed us multiple times. Finally came and said I'll be with you in a moment. More than half the tables were empty. The manager passed us twice and told us that the hostess would be with us shortly. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting. Finally seated they sent the bartender to take our orders. He took our appetizer and dinner order for four people with no paper, no device and went to the next set of diners and took theirs as well. The food came out luke warm and was missing three items from the order. When he came back he said he was sorry and would put them in. We waited another 5 minutes and asked to see anyone about our order. 15 minutes later a waitress came over to check on us and we said “how long does it take for boneless wings and fries?” She apologized and checked on the order. She confirmed it was never put in even after we reminded him. She went to put in the order. Another 15 minutes and the manager came to check on us. Order was still not on the table. He said he would check on the order. Order comes out, it's barely warm. We requested to go boxes and explained how terrible the service was. He checked on the orders and response times and apologized. The manager was the only person that attempted to rectify the issue. Not expected Michelin level service or atmosphere but a little more professionalism. Just avoid eating there. Stay for the video games.

You get to play any of the games you love, including Mario Kart. However, the one thing I have to say is that the items in the gift shop cost you so many tickets, they're so expensive.

I gotta give full credit to the singles bartender who was helping us - she is a five star. However to all the other servers (lack of), I walked to the bar to order my own food, and waited my own table. To management, place staff to support your bartender.

Really good food and amazing staff. I want to give a big shout to Raymond for being very kind and helpful to me and my wife with any question we had. Raymond is one of hardest workers I've ever seen and deservers raise or promotion.

Better than the Dave busters in the city as far as the arcade. The service at the restaurant wasn’t the best. The lady looked like she didn’t want to serve her

Its great there but if u stay for more over a hour it can become less fun to be at because while theres a lot of games u can get through most of them within a hour but they have great food great service and u can watch sports on the tv to while u eat
