I never give a bad review ever, this was the worst service I ever received and it needs to be said. The server Yossef came to the table just to drop off the plates of food and walked away. Didn’t ask if we needed anything else, didn’t bring napkins, didn’t even introduce himself. We had to cancel the second round of drinks because the service was extremely slow and wanted to just leave. Finally we ask for the check and he waited there watching how much tip he was going to receive. The bill was $64.00 I asked to pay the bill with the $100 bill and came back with $20 dollar bills and so I then asked could he break the 20$ he said they don’t have change in the whole place, then I said the service was terrible and he said “what do you want me to do about it”.I will never step foot in this place again until the servers are more professional and friendly. 0/10

Classic Dave and busters arcade, although smaller than most. Best to center your visit around exploring the mall, and then checking out the Dave and busters if time permits.

The night employees was very unprofessional I asked a question and from me asking a simple question bout me looking young and I came with my three years old baby for her to enjoy her self and all I wanted was a 5 dollar shot that I was going to pay for and I still was going to show them my id but the guy that work the night shift threatened me by calling the police on me while i have my baby with me and I paid 125 plus 10 tip for my baby to enjoy her night so I told him can I speak to his manager he told me no he is the manager and I just walked away for my baby to go play the games I’m glade the security guard was there to see the whole thing and knew that he was wrong and my baby couldn’t even finish play the games and she only 3 years old and had us outside in the cold to call our cab for me and my 3 years old baby to get home and they would give me my money back and they wouldn’t give me my tip back and we really had to sit on the cold with bags like and this was our first time there me and my baby never ever had to go through ever in our life I felt very unsafe and mistreated for no reason all cause I ask do I look that young but yeah we will never ever go back next time we will go to the one in Manhattan like this is so messed up and sad like that wasn’t not right and he told me he was going to have them lock me up and take my baby from me for no reason and he was mad cause they ain’t arrested me and they ain’t took my baby from me so yeah we had to stand outside in the cold for me to call our cab they don’t even deserve a star specially after what he did like I ain’t come there for that I came there for my 3 years old baby could enjoy her night but thank to ya unprofessional employees that ya hired ya need to do better

I always have fun here. It's a well run business. Clean and just fun. I'm a bit older so most of the new techo bleep bleep games dont appeal to me but my kids love it and I can find a few games I like here and there. I wish they had a retro arcade section just becasue. I've been to a place in CT that did and I found that interesting. I think it's good value for money and we always leave satisfied.

Anytime I go to Dave and busters the food is good. The service if you are sitting at the bar is bad especially on the days the game is on. They should have more bartenders behind the bar when it is busy like that. The drinks are good, just not the drinks they make for happy hour. Way to sweet. The atmosphere is a cool
