Ordered carryout from here and the pizza was HORRIBLE the pizza was undercooked but the toppings were burnt and the cheesey bread had most of the cheese burned on the bottom hardly any in the bread......I know it's dominos but damn this location is especially garbage never again

Today (2/20/25) my daughter order online pizza at 1430 Richmond Ave. Staten Island, NY, 10314 at 8:12 pm. Around 8:24 pm I was there to pick up once she was formed that the pizza is ready. one of the employee said it's coming in a min and told me to wait . I waited more than 5 minutes and ask for it. They said that it was never placed order. In the mean time so called manager came in and started to talk with me rude and with bad attitude. Instead of apologizing. he started to discuss with me by giving unnecessary and un relevant examples and told me to cancel the order. I ask his name but he refuse to give his name. He said I don't give you a name and shouted to other employees. I ask Is that how manager behave with a customer. With full of attitude he reply me yes. I was so surprised walkout from that store at 8:40 pm without talking my order. Very rude manager. Never recommend to anyone this place n

AYESHA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO NEW EMPLOYMENT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE WHEN THESE EMPLOYEES REPRESENT A HUGE COMPANY AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. the service was extremely poor due to rude and inattentive staff Ayesha supposedly the manager at this location. with complaints about dismissive attitudes! lack of basic courtesy! and a general feeling of being ignored or treated poorly, making the dining experience unpleasant and discouraging future visits -5 stars. For a mistake on HER BEHALF.

Discasting I just order pizza just now they make it with no sauce no cheese old olive I will never order from you guys, first time and last time you lucky I paid cash if I paid cc I will definitely stop the money because we just trough it in garbage
