I had ordered my 2 pizzas at 7pm and i received them at 9pm. And one of the pizzas was suppose to have bbq sauce on it. There was MINIMAL to no sauce on it. By the time i got my pizza the crust was already hard and cold. Worse experience ever had.

I ordered from here few times. Pizza is great. In and out service when you order ahead. I left my wallet there one time and staff was nice enough to hold on to it and call me. Thank you.

Legitimately haven’t been to an actual dominos in person before and I was shocked at how clean this place was. Can’t say if there are all like this but I’d be pretty comfortable saying it’s not normal to look this good. Staff was efficient and courteous and I’m going to be coming back soon.

food was what it always is. exactly what was expected from dominos, they customized it how i liked. usually you can never go wrong with a 7.99 carryout large pie deal. however today specifically made me leave a review, because the dude at the pickup counter had the audacity to solicit a tip from me. Hey, if i was served something on a table, or delivered something to my home; a tip could surely be in order. but for pickup? is he out of his mind? Im not sure if tip culture is out of wack, or if this guy was. I just shook my head and took my pizza and the guy continued to ask me “Where’s My tip? No Tip?” until I finally got back to my car. Me and my whole family laughed about it the whole way home and I’l most definitely be telling everyone the older short man with grey hair, balding on top, that works nights; is a shake down artist that insists as many times as he possibly can for you to tip him before you leave the premise. One day he’s gonna meet the wrong person. From 6:45PM on 3/25

When my husband went to collect our order, he was provided with only two pizzas out of the three we had ordered. Upon contacting the store to address the issue, I was informed that the only resolution offered was the preparation of another pizza, with no option for a refund.Given that we live quite a distance from your store and it was raining, I expressed my concern about the impracticality of driving back to the store for the missing pizza. Instead, I suggested having the pizzas delivered to our address to rectify the situation because it was their mistake. Unfortunately, the response I received was a refusal to accommodate this request, insisting only on remaking one pizza without offering any form of compensation or refund.

We have been going here for carry out for a long time and they do not disappoint. We have not had any issues, they have always been super friendly, food is always fresh and hot. I had a special request with my food and they accommodated happily! No issues.

I placed an online order to be delivered. Upon receiving my order, I generously tipped the driver, which is something I always do. Then, upon opening one of the boxes, I discovered that I'd been sent an incorrect item. I immediately called the store to notify the manager, Ramy/Rami of the mistake. Ramy was completely rude & disrespectful towards me and refused to either send me the correct item or to issue me a refund. Moreover, he hung up on me and mockingly told me to call the police. This morning, I drove to the location with the incorrect item. Ramy was behind the counter. Once again, he was rude & disrespectful towards me, and repeatedly asked me if I'd notified the police. Ultimately, I received the correct item but the damage has been done. I will never order from this location again, and I implore Domino's to take corrective action against Ramy. His conduct is completely unacceptable & he must be held accountable for his abusive behavior.
Definitely disappointed when I got home with my pizza and Pasta. They overheated/ overcooked both. I got wings too and that’s the only thing that wasn’t burnt. Horrible didn’t enjoy my food whatsoever.

Good afternoon, Domino Customer Service,Dear Support Team or District ManagerMy name is Shahid Mahmood and I would like to complain about the worst ever discriminatory customer service behavior faced by me at the hands of the Shift Manager, Rami or Ramy, who worked at 3902 Richmond Ave Staten Island, NY 10312.On Friday, June 09, 2023, around 9:00 pm. I went to the Domino store located at 3902 Richmond Ave Staten Island, NY 10312 to order a medium sized cheese Pizza. Shift Manager, Ramy, told me that we are not taking any orders here---you need to go online and order there.First of all, let me ask you if he had a right to say this and deny taking any order-----if he was busy, he could have said, “We are not taking any order here right now can you please go online and order there, but, if you still want us to take your order, can you please wait as I am busy right now or we are short of help”. He never said anything like that to make me feel that I was respected at the store. He was shouting very loudly by saying that we are not taking any order here.By not taking any order, I believe that he violated my right to purchase Pizza from the Domino Store. As I really need a Pizza for my family, I went online and ordered pizza and ended up messing up my Pizza Order. The Domino Pizza App generated an invoice of the full amount while I could have got the Pizza at 50% price, because of special promotion going on at that time. Once I realized that I made a mistake, I requested him to correct my order. He said that there was nothing he could do to help me fix my order. He told me to call customer service as he could not help me with anything. He would never give a customer service number as well. He kept on ignoring me so I asked for a manager. He said I am the manager. I told him that if you are the manager then help me out then. I told him that I would complain about his behavior. He said just do whatever you can. He did not have manners. I, myself, worked as assistant manager for 10 years in Burger King and never ever treated any customer badly. But, this guy had a big attitude problem. He treated me like he was the private owner of Domino and could do whatever. As he did not help me with my order, I had to leave the store without any Pizza while my family was waiting for pizza at home.Nobody would ever treat me the way he did that day. I am sorry to say but if this guy continues to be shift manager ----Domino will soon run out of business from this location---as his behavior would encourage his co workers to treat the customer the same way he treated me. One fish can spoil the whole pond.
