This location is the worst to order Carside delivery from.The pizza will be ready and they won’t bring it out until it’s cold. I hate using this victory blvd location prefer the one on Richmond avenue. Pizza ready since 12:35pm and didn’t get it until 12:45pm.

Stiff and dry Parmesan bread bites every time I order delivery and their pasta is so overcooked u can’t taste anything else but the dry pasta….cheese is melted and burnt….like why do u people always do that when people order delivery? Is it cuz we don’t come there personally to see what u do? This is people’s food and it’s not free and money doesn’t grow on the trees….many times my family and I overlooked the burnt and dry food cuz they were the only choice but god damn it take a little initiative to what you serve people….my pets food look better and I wish I had taken more pics and now u have to worry about them spitting on your food for complaining….NEVER EVER AGAIN….i never like to do this but they are over doing it cuz we never said anything to them fearing they might tamper with our food

i went in this location yesterday just to grab two sodas with my mom and my little brother. it was halloween and they assumed we were asking for candy, i said we weren’t and one of the older workers there had made a disgusting comment “you can give us candy but i want a different type of candy” i was more shocked that no one there said anything and instead laughed at the inappropriate comment. this isn’t how you treat paying customers.

Only location I only ordered from for a couple years but now that’s gone. Had me standing waiting for almost 20 minutes because they were too busy making other orders . I already ordered mines ahead of time before I got there. I almost walked out to go somewhere else but one of the workers saw my irritation. I paid for my order but WILL NEVER order from there AGAIN! Lost a loyal customer.

This was the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced! I called at 745 pm. My order was due by 850. I didn't get it until 11 pm, AND IT WAS COLD!!! I ordered two pizzas and pasta primavera. My pasta was dry and missing the primavera! Just noodles and spinach! The driver insisted I put in the wrong address. And when I advised he was wrong, he left with my food! Went right back to the store and said he waited for me but I didn't show. I will NEVER order from here again!

Got my order wrong twice... 1st time never pucked up phone... stupidly ordered again and 2nd time refused to correct error even though the topping that was explicitly instructed to be left off because itwas an allergen.. I know it's not pizza but it's has awesome junk food
