If I could leave no stars I would, order took over and hour and half+, tried to call for an update and the worker was super rude, food came cold not even warm. Don’t waste your time ordering from this spot.

The driver MAX would not deliver my pizza because he did not want to come upstairs. I called the store and they said it was a "domino's rule" that drivers could not come upstairs which is a lie just ordered dominos the day before and they came upstairs. Never ordering again. All in all I never received my order and they took my money, I'll be there soon though

Fast service. Pizza always taste fresh for the first 15 min. Late night go to, last minute for picky eaters.

Me and my cousins spent over an hour trying to put a order in for 4 medium hand tossed pizzas and cheese bread, both the website and the app were down and so we called in. We called four. different. times. Each time the coworkers before had no problem applying our discount and each time they said they had a technical issue and would transfer us to the manager (when asked for his name he refused to disclose it) who would then say he did not have the discount and when asked what the problem was would not answer before promptly getting rude and hanging up and then said, “I can talk to you if you come to the store” when we called again. this is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate behavior and based on other reviews this is not the first time this same manager has done this and so I recommend no one eat from this location at all.

They skimp on toppings. Terrible compared to the one on Victory. So much worse. If they keep it up, they'll close soon like the one that was at the corner of Victory and Bay.

My pizza came out fine. A spinach , mushroom and chicken pizza. Everything had an even amount and it was well done (thin crust)

Worst dominoes I ever got didn’t have enough change offered to give me my food while he keep my money to go back to store . Very disrespectful and pizza was dry and not fresh

How is it possible that this place just opened up on 364 BAY ST STATEN ISLAND the regular cheese pie overcooked cheese tasted old as well as the sauce let’s not talks about the half pepperoni half chicken pie each Clive had one piece of chicken what a disgrace to dominoes and it’s employees basically it’s a get what you paid for knowing you get charged an arm and a leg for garbage

Kamrujammn is the best , in the store . He always doing gd. He does multiple job. he pay attention customer call . He make pizza. Also he talk to customer nicely. So this month I I gave vote kamrujammn.

Online when you accumulate 60 points you get a free medium two topping pizza. I added the two toppings I wanted and the app kept trying to charge me $0.65 for some reason even though it was only 2 toppings. I called first the person told me to try again then he hung up. I tried myself a few more times before going directly to the store. At the store the assistant manager essentially told me he couldn't help me since it was online when all I was asking him was to accommodate me for the second topping that was charging me extra for no reason. We went back and forth for 20 minutes before he told me to just put the order through as one topping and I'll add the other for you. This is what I was explaining from the beginning for him to do but it seems like we had a language barrier and he did not understand. The coupon issue isn't his fault at all, the customer service and how he handled the issue was 100% his fault. As an assistant manager telling a customer "there's nothing the manager could've have done" before checking with the manager is not good customer service and they need to work on providing better service especially as a place that just opened.
