It’s hard to find a good Mexican spot especially in this side of the island. Everything is amazing. Get the birria tacos and the nachos with chicken. Staff is kind and attentive.
Fantastic! The flautas are so good my fav appetizer. The frozen sangria is another hit. Every meal is filled with so much flavor. You have to come and try if you haven’t yet!
Outstanding food !!! My wife and I just visited and were very impressed . We started off with tostadas tingas which was really good. The chicken was well seasoned and topped with fresh guacamole, lettuce queso fresco and beans , all of which were full of flavor and excellent. For our tacos we had the carne asada tacos and the Baja fish tacos , I usually dont go for fried fish but I tried theirs and they were excellent so much so my wife who isn't really a big seafood eater swapped with me , the fish tacos were not greasy at all which was great and the batter was fluffy and the freshly made corn tortillas made both tacos perfection , the carne asada tacos were also amazing the steak was cooked perfectly and again a lot of great flavor . We originally weren't going to have dessert but we could not pass up flan and tiramasu tres leche , the flan im sure you've guessed by now was amazing perfectly creamy with a great syrup on top and the tres leches tiramasu was top notch . Since coming back from Texas I didn't think I'd find a place that can make great tacos but this place definitely does . Looking forward to my next visit . If you love tacos and Mexican food in general do give them a try , excellent staff , service and food!!!
The food is good but the restaurant has a funny smell.
Yummy and fresh!
My family loves Tres Amigos. It’s a good family place. We recently went there for Cinco De Mayo. It was very festive and inviting. They had a mariachi band. It was very cool. Besides the food being delicious, Freddy the owner is an awesome guy! I definitely recommend trying this place.
After eating half of my chimichanga yesterday, heating up the second half for lunch today, and nearly completely finishing it, I’ve just found a BANDAID inside of my chimichanga. I’m so disgusted I feel sick. A bright blue bandaid. How do you miss that going into my food? And how do you not notice it’s off of your finger?? This is completely irresponsible and dangerous. I could’ve choked or gotten sick. This is a complete food safety hazard. Never ordering from here. EVER.
Went for Cinco de Mayo with friends. Great Band, great food and perfect atmosphere for occasion.
Limited menu. Small portions. No chimichangas.

Great meal at Tre Amigos. Tottenville last night. Nachos were fresh and made in house. Chorizo and cheese app was very good and filling. My burrito was very large and very good. My wife’s burrito bowl was awesome as well. Highly recommended!

This place is more Tex Mex and pricey, the quesadillas are not corn hand made they use the flour tortillas, they put cheddar cheese in it which for my tasting it was too salty and my steak tacos did not have any flavor other than the pico de gallo they put on top of it. I came here months ago it looks like this place has new owners the food is not the same definitely not coming back.

They need more employees. Takes too long for food to be served. Seems they prioritize takeout over dine-in.
