Always amazing, fresh and delicious donuts ? that entire family loves. Serving reps don’t believe in smiling often, but it’s ok :) I don’t go there for smiles. We prefer quality donuts ?

Donuts are delicious, but customer service is absolutely terrible, they are very impatient and not helpful, they get annoyed when you have to place a huge order and also huff and puff in your face. I called and asked to speak with the manager and what do you know the man on the phone says he’s the owner and actually admits to acting this way and sees there is nothing wrong with it and hung up the phone on me. Lol welp… I see on other reviews the owner is apologizing acting like he’s not rude himself and us not aware of the poor customer service.. just lost out on a $350 order for an event

Best damn donuts I’ve ever had from anywhere! Even though I’m glad to be rid of New York City, I will always miss these donuts.

I chose this place randomly as it was the first thing Uber Eats showed me when I looked for desserts. Although price is an issue for me, I’m limiting it to just the Donut World fees (and none of the added Uber Eats fees). It’s weird that they offer a 1/2 dozen deal for $11.50 (which is comparable to Dunkin Donuts — 6 Boston Kremes cost $11), but then Donut World charges a surcharge for basic donuts like jelly & Boston Kreme. So $2 a donut turned into nearly $3 a donut. And I really do apologize for leaving this low rating review because I really do love giving rave reviews (when deserved). I have to be truthful and transparent: I did not enjoy these donuts. I wish I had ordered 6 Boston Kreme for DD. The biggest issue I have with DW donuts is that they do something I’ve never seen done before (and IMO it’s not a good something): the jelly donut and Boston Kreme donut are ring donuts with filling in the center hole—the filling is not encased INSIDE the donut—it is just filling the hole, which is cool for aesthetics but horrible for functionality: As soon as you take a bite, or maybe even as soon as you pick donut up, all the filling drops out. SPLAAT. Look at the accompanying photos for this review and you’ll see a big glob of jelly and a big glob of Kreme. And that means, the extra fee I got charged for the jelly and the Kreme, I didn’t even get to taste it because it all fell out! I don’t see myself eating at or from DW again. Out of the three flavors I ordered, the apple crumb was the best, but the song by Meatloaf says 2 out of 3 ain’t bad—not 1 out of 3. A .333 success average is great in baseball, but not so much when it represents how much enjoyment you derived from a food order.

Quick and easy service. Donuts were freshly made and delicious. Will be coming back next time I am in the area to try another flavour off their expansive list.

I was craving doughnuts last night and went to this establishment for the first time and let me tell you... it was DELIGHTFUL. The gentleman (owner maybe?) was uber nice, the tea that I had really hit the spot, the doughnuts were DELICIOUS (MASSIVE shout out to the yumminess that is the Froot Loop doughnut!), both types of fried Oreos were just... perfection, and the place itself was clean and inviting. Highly recommend. If I lived in the area, I'd have a huge problem on my hands with how often I'd come here. ?

Cool donut shop with lots of options. All the donuts are either old fashioned or devil cake but the toppings are ENDLESS. Tons of combinations to choose from, or create your own. Service was excellent and the guy taking our order was so patient as we went through all the options and kept changing our minds every time we saw something new. The girl making the donuts was super fast and good at her craft. You can watch them put everything together from behind the glass wall. Not too pricey (we paid $30 for 8 gourmet options.) Extra bonus for Star Wars lovers, as the owner is a fan and there is a whole wall of paraphernalia.
