This has got to be one of the worst DD. Slow as hell & RUDE. Service is garbage & the people they hire have no personality. Only DD in the mall so we all have deal with horrible service.

At about 9:57 am JULY 4th Friday !! I come in here to order two things a coffee and a donut there was a lady in front of me and a man sitting in the side by the window I didn’t know the guy was on line since he was just sitting there leaning against the window and if he was online he could’ve said something like the grown man that he is and to the lady that was taking the orders didn’t have to be rude ! And give an attitude I am a customer just like he is ! I told him well he is just sitting there wasn’t even on the line he could’ve just said that if he saw me pass by him . The cashier had no business to get involved or escalate the minor issue with her attitude I rarely come to this spot to get my breakfast I usually never do but today and moving forward I will never be coming back here again .

The girl with the red hair and the hat is very rude, I was picking up a mobile order and she totally ignored me after she gave out other peoples food. She needs to fix her attitude

The guy working in Dunkin’ donut in Staten Island mall very rude and doesn’t respect the Clint

Unacceptable gave me the wrong order and said I ordered the wrong it that way which is weird because I order it the same way in any other Dunkin’ and they are the only one who gave me it looking like that and tasted absolutely disgusting and if I want to get another one I would have to rebuy.

I placed my order and have the staff scan my code and she refused to asked what promo it was and she kept on asking me what I wanted first and just finished my transaction but there was more to it. I asked her what about the donuts because I placed the drink order and she was saying that I need to let her know first 😏! She was terrible with her customer service! The drink was not even filled to the top! I’m never coming back! 👎👎👎

UPDATE: I ordered the exact same drink from another location and guess what? It was NOT SOUR! This location tried to tell me coffee milk is supposed to be sour… ridiculous.

Awful. I ordered a drink that had SOUR MILK in it and when I asked for a replacement, I was told by the owner that I have to pay for a new drink. Ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for years and never complain, and the one time I ask to fix my drink, they basically tell me to piss off. I ordered the same drink I always get and it is never sour with curdles. I got coffee milk last time and it was NOT sour. Horrible customer service. Shut this place down!

I will mobile order and when I get there 10 minutes later I still have to wait for my order to be made. Half the time they get my order wrong. Lazy and poorly managed staff.

Slow services and when you put an order they don't give you what you want or what you even asked for they need to either train these people or get new people who actually pay attention to their customers and actually do their job and don't give the customers an attitude when it comes down to doing their job I've seen people walk away from that area so many different complaints

They always get my iced coffee right every time absolutely delicious. Very friendly and patient.
