I will mobile order and when I get there 10 minutes later I still have to wait for my order to be made. Half the time they get my order wrong. Lazy and poorly managed staff.

Slow services and when you put an order they don't give you what you want or what you even asked for they need to either train these people or get new people who actually pay attention to their customers and actually do their job and don't give the customers an attitude when it comes down to doing their job I've seen people walk away from that area so many different complaints

Absolutely horrible we are the second customer on the line waiting 1/2 hour and everybody behind us, a constantly walking out and giving up from their slowest service 15 customers gave up and walked out. They couldn’t wait from the slowest service taking their lovely sweet time so everyone walks out .???????? all the customers are exhausted just waiting

I want to love this place coz is close to my job and is very convenient for me , and I used to love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee , but the coffee is not the same anymore is very weak even the midnight roast , I’m very disappointed ? I wish they can fix that problem!!!

Service is absolutely redundant. It's such a shame. If they mess an order up they get insulted instead of taking criticism like an adult. It's in my area located in a mall. But I really will stop coming in here and take a longer walk to the other location. When you have the app to scan also beware they charge the full price until you correct them on it. Then they say " oh yeah sorry " If you don't say anything and catch the register charge then they won't say anything. Also for free coffee in Mondays special promotions they should be able to let you know. But instead again if you don't mention it. Then they will charge you for it. Scam I say. I will try another location for sure.

They did not add any caramel to my CARAMEL ICED COFFEE, i added five caramel swirls, but there were none. The cashier is very welcoming though!

It's a Dunkin Doughnuts, they are always pretty busy here so the doughnuts are fresh.
