I tried to place a catering order here. They denied me and hung up on the phone twice. Will be ordering from someone else for my catering. Date of occurrence 2/19 6:55 am

Wanted to purchase a to go cup and put my tea in it instead of a paper cup I was told I couldn't do that I had to pay separately for each them then when I went to use my gift card i was told I was unable to purchase my to go cup with my gift card I have. Never heard of such a thing I received the gift card so I could purchase a to go cup the service today was terrible the lady behind the counter was very rude to me I will not be returning to this location again as I do purchase my tea there every morning

This Dunkin is consistently very slow when it comes to their service. It’s never busy but there’s always a long wait for your order.

This staff is rude. I ordered four items two iced coffees two sandwiches. The lady handed me a bag of items claiming it was what I had ordered and quite literally rushed me out. I went back to my car only to find it was all wrong. I tried going in and getting my sandwich that I paid for and was blamed for their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Save your money and time there’s better stores nearby.

It's a convenient place to get coffee or a quick bite. Service is ok but the food is fresh and it's a busy place.

Parking: It's in a large area where there are other businesses, so there's plenty of parking in a giant lot.

For a coffee that’s really not even that good yet people still go it’s convenient. Barely speak English, scanner doesn’t work, holiday blend isn’t even made, line is out of control Long even for the order by phone, 2 person staff. Not worth it all all.

Their coffee is always disgusting, probably the worst DD ive ever been to. I hate writing reviews like this, but I only ever order small signature coffees, and they still manage to make it appalling.

Coffee fresh, plenty of fresh baked goods. The young lady at the counter is fairly new and what a pleasure she was!

This place should not be open ! They have zero air conditioning these poor workers are so hot I will never go back there after seeing how the workers are being treated inside there ! I will be reporting this location to every agency I can today to help spare those poor employees working under those conditions

The regular store manager there is rude and very inconsistent . There is also always a problem with there online order system(app).

The drinks were made well and the sandwich was toasted well
