By far one of the worst Dunkinās Iāve been to. The staff making the drinks canāt even follow basic instructions. They let kids fill up inside, disregard mobile orders, cater to these children making a mess and being obnoxiously loud instead of putting their foot down regarding that. Donāt bother ordering through mobile, youāll be waiting 20-30 minutes for a single drink. Worst service ever.

I love going to Dunkinā Donuts great manners. The weight period is very fast.
Placed mobile order waited almost 15mins for my drink meanwhile the lady is counting cash at the register while I had to wait an extra 5mins just to ask about my mobile order that wasnāt made yet. Why are you tKing mobile orders then? Shame

Ive been going to this Dunkin for YEARS since I moved to Staten Island, ever since they hired this new manager AMY, the store has gone downhill. The manager Amy is EXTREMELY nasty and rude, and the higher up management clearly doesnāt care. I told the Amy I was still waiting for my
Coffee and she tells me āSO???ā With a nasty attitude, what kind of customer service is this? Then at that sheās ALWAYS rude whenever I come in, she goes hard over trying to charge an extra $0.30 for OATMILK, I have videos of her being nasty and rude as well. Dunkin needs
To do better because if this is who you have representing you, itās a shame. And the fact that I made a report about her over a week ago and itās still been crickets and I havenāt even gotten one phone call, just tells you that clearly Dunkinās management is ok with how things go there. The fact that I have been coming to this location for over 10+ yrs just to now not even feel comfortable going in because of a MANAGER is shameful. Do better. I have attached a photo of her after she came at me saying āsoā when I asked her about my coffee and I had to literally come out of character, and you can see her smirking and smiling, trying to antagonize me.

Got my coffee with pink lip stick on my coffee lid mouth. Disgusting!!! She pretended like it was not her fault. Manager just walked away like he doesnāt even work there. Last time I stop at this place.

The worst. I bought a half dozen donuts here on a Sunday around 7pm. Got home and tried to eat one and they were so stale they were inedible.
I should have tried one before I left the store. As expensive as DD has gotten over the years it's a shame they can't have fresh donuts. Disgusting.
Donuts are their primary product and they can't even get that right.
They should close down. Shame on the owner. If I lived close by I would return and throw them back on the counter and demand my money back.
