Very interesting experience. We walked in and they had several buckets around the ice cream section catching water that was pouring from the ceiling, not clue where it was coming from, but it did not rain for several days prior, so maybe burst pipe? The woman working was pleasant and worked around the water, it was very odd. We left without ordering any food, no way it would of been safe.

This location is the most incompetent Dunkin on Staten Island. They almost never get drink orders right, even when I write it down for them. I tried saying my order: "Chocolate Mocha Latte." They look at me like I have five heads. I decided to write it down. Even with that, they still got it wrong. I gotten a matcha latte one time (smelled like a warm turtle tank), another time a plain latte, and now today a mocha coffee (coffee with a too many chocolate pumps instead of a mocha latte). This last time put me right in the bathroom as well. Three mess up, I am done with Dunkin at this location, which is sadly very convenient to get to. But at least i got to pass a few minutes on the toilet writing this review, since this nasty coffee seems to have wrecked my stomach. Save your time and stomach, otherwise, you might end up having a crappy day.

Extremely upset! I normally only come in for Bagel Twist today I purchased 2 Bagel Twist and they were extremely hard! Not freshly made possibly from the night before. Don’t treat a loyal customer that way! I will no longer purchase from this place. You’re not supposed to sell items from the night before to anyone!
