Stopped in here for a Hot caramel latte.
and toasted croissant with cream cheese to my surprise, there was only 3 customers I was the first one in line. So he took everyone's order.
He makes the coffee. He gives me plain coffee with Carmel. And he toasted the cruisant, but he stuck the knife in the cream cheese. But forgot to put it on the croissant. I did not realize any of this. Until I got back in my car and was driving on the highway. Cuz parking is crazy. I actually looked behind the counter to see if he had the latte machine.
Like the rest of the Dunkin' Donuts $10 wasted.
But I didn't want to go back and waste another hour of driving parking. Next time I will go to Paris Baguette. In the same parking lot, donuts are fresh made on the spot. So is the coffee. I understand that the place was busy, but there was no one in there.
2 employees and 3 customers so they only get 2 stars and normally, 8 out of 10 times Dunkin' Donuts, no matter where you go, their donuts are stale and hard on the edges like a leftover english muffin.they are shipped in day or two before they are put on the shelves because they want to sell the old ones.

On 6/27/2025 I ordered online at 8:38pm and at 8:41 I walked in to pick up my order. The guy there told me the he already cleaned the machine and he will cancel my order. When I ask for the receipt that proves he canceled my order then he changed and said you have to do it online. They closes at 9:00 and at 8:40pm they have everything clean and waiting until 9:00pm doing to close the door , I walk out without my order. 2 lazy guys that don’t want to do their job but they love to being in their phones wasting time.

And they charges me New York and New Jersey taxes, why they charging New Jersey taxes if the location is in New York City ? Pay attention on your receipt that’s illegal to charge New Jersey taxes

Located in the back end of a large shopping area, with its own small parking lot. Ordered on the app. My order was waiting for me; no issues. Plus, service with a smile.

I'm visiting from California and I was very disappointed. I got one glazed donut, and it cost $2.12, which I thought was a bit high, but to add insult to injury, it was basically stale. ?

This is one of the best coffee shops on Staten Island. The manager Rex is the best. She goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. His staff is great and very friendly. I truely enjoy going in there. Since I moved to Jersey I don't get to see them as muh as I did before but their service is top notch.

Dingy small stores with the worst customer service people possible.Its like they hire anyone thats NOT american or even sticks their most proficient speaking person on the cashier at the very least.Even Shop-rite makes better Coffee and Donuts.
