I'm visiting from California and I was very disappointed. I got one glazed donut, and it cost $2.12, which I thought was a bit high, but to add insult to injury, it was basically stale. ?

This is one of the best coffee shops on Staten Island. The manager Rex is the best. She goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. His staff is great and very friendly. I truely enjoy going in there. Since I moved to Jersey I don't get to see them as muh as I did before but their service is top notch.

Dingy small stores with the worst customer service people possible.Its like they hire anyone thats NOT american or even sticks their most proficient speaking person on the cashier at the very least.Even Shop-rite makes better Coffee and Donuts.
Attentive workforce. No long waits to place the order. There is an issue with the drink preparation. The guy (in the photo) has forgotten to add what was ordered and paid! Be careful dude. All customers are not tolerant in the United States.
