Worst Dunkin Donuts, old lady with glasses has a bad attitude. Coffee isn't fresh. When you walk in and the workers see you they start talking in their language when looking at you a couple of times when making coffee or food.

I ordered a medium coffee and the rudest employee just gives me one cream. It tasted horrible. If you want Dunkin go to the one in the Staten Island Mall. It’s wayyyyyy better service than this

Every time I go there for my mobile order they’re frazzled and don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered a bagel and the guy just had it on the counter for 5 minutes not doing anything while I was standing there waiting after placing the order in 10 minutes prior

Horrible one employee. No point of putting in mobile order walk ins get served faster. Almost forgot my hash browns had to remind them I paid for them.
I only come here a few times a year because it’s the slowest Dunkin of all time. Every time I come I regret it. If one person orders more than coffee it’s a 10 minute delay. Faster to drive out of my way to another one as the rest in the area are solid.

I give it 2 stars, and that's being generous. I don't know what goes on over there during the day, but I stopped in there last night at about 9:30 PM, and there was only 1 guy working in there, and he was slower than a turtle, looked like a zombie, and might actually have been asleep before I walked in. Either that or he was on drugs, I'm not sure which. Oh: and he doesn't know how to make a smoothie...way too much ice in it. Obviously, I won't be coming back.
