Terrible!!! The employees are always chatting , they pretend they don’t see the customers when they clearly know they have a line full of customers. Do not waste your time in this location instead walk to the next plaza better customer service .

Writing this on July 27 5:13 pm. They supposedly close at 6 pm and take the last order at 5:30, but the lady closing said she couldn't make us drinks or food because they were closing soon. That didn't make sense to me, if you close at 6 pm and last order is 5:30 they why was she not taking orders at 5:10? Pure laziness . She then just went back to use her phone and ignored us . Go to the dunking a half a block away ! They are happy to serve you an hour before closing as it should be!

Inflation or not inflation,DD prices don't make any sense anymore ??♂️ a small "tornado sparked energy" which is a kids drink for $4.39+tax and what you get is a cup full of ice and about 4 Oz of colored water with some artificial flavor!!!

Poor customer service at this location. Rude employees and unprofessional. Donut's are hard. The coffee is watered down. The store is very dirty and unsanitary. Employees are not washing their hands and they are making people food with no gloves on. Very disappointed, stay away from this place. Disgusting . They are always short staff, long wait times. Kids running around being rude to customers. Very unacceptable place.
