I ordered an iced cappuccino with 1 pump caramel, 1. When the lady gave it to me it was WHITE it looked like milk with water, I asked if she could make it darker which she supposedly did but it saw no difference the 2nd time. 2. The ice is supposed to be BLENDED a little bit & frothy on top, & mine WASNT. I again asked if she could blend the ice & she said no because they only blend frozen drinks???? Every where else i go they blend the ice, its frothy ontop & its a bit dark which i told her & she just walked away saying sorry we dont blend cappuccinos 🙄 & to top it all off they take forever everytime I go.

I ordered 2 donuts and a drink and it came out to $10.47 and I only had a 10 so I told the worker “sorry I only have a 10” so than she said “ You think if you go to a deli their gonna let that slide” but I was going to take out 1 donut but than I replied back with “ I’ll take something out than” and right after I said that she turns away and makes my order and saids “ it’s fine just leave it” than proceeds to talk to her coworker about me and stare mind you I go to the school up the street I’m not an adult

This Dunkin Donuts does not allow customers to use the bathrooms. The garbage bins were very full so my small bag and cup could barely fit I had to press it down. They also gave my friend a wrong order. She ordered chai tea and got a latte. Hiw does one make such a mistake? Thei English seems poor.
