Worst customer service ever, they are extremely slow, unfriendly, rude when you tell them that’s not what you ordered, it’s just literally the worst Dunkin’ place on the island, if you don’t order online just walk in, you have to wait at least 15min just to get your order it’s insane. Won’t go back there ever.

I ordered a small matcha. It was almost all ice. I drank it ONE SIP. Cheap cheap cheap. Poor customer service
Ordered a Carmel latte. What I got was basically flavored water. They even skimmed on the whipped cream. For almost $6,00 for a small it was not worth it. Don't waste your money.
