I was ask nicely to do my drink without ice, because i can’t drink cold for a reason, and then a worker named Wagdy said “ okay less ice” i nicely repeated “no ice at all please “ and he said what i need to pay extra money, just for no ice drink, i asked why, because i don’t ask to replace ice to more drink and i NEVER had problems with order at dunkin with no ice. he said that again, i repeate myself again what i’m not asking to replace ice to get more drink, i just asked to get a drink without friaking ice.
he was so dissatisfied, talking to me in a sarcastic tone.

The shift leader had an attitude and letterly was interrupting me while I was placing my order. I asked him to listen and that's how he made my refresher in the picture and the other refresher from another good dunkin donuts location. Also, their food not always fresh, it's seems like other's Dunkin Donuts left over.
All the staff is super nice and they work very fast, i'm here all the time they are the best.

Seriously why buy an establishment to not care for it?! Coffee was brown water, Jelly Donut smelled horrible & was beyond hard , establishment was dirty , Service poor.

I normally never do a review, but today definitely bothered me. I came in today to pick up an order. The donut I wanted was not in stocked. The man at the counter who is apparently the shift leader gave me two options with an attitude which was a plain donut and a frosted one. None I wanted, but if he was nice about it, I would have not mind it. But then he started having a bigger attitude. Horrible customer service from him.
