Professional, ladies at the best I had a hot latte and a croissant toasted with cream cheese. :-) BUT NO BATHROOM it's been a while since I've been to Dunkin' Donuts because of the stale donuts at other several locations. Throughout the tri state area, that's why i've been going to paris baquette or tim Hortons and the real problem is that these big franchises do not have allocated cleaning services. Very reliable spot for a coffee.

Ordered an iced latte, received an iced coffee. Staff insisted it was a latte until I tasted it. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee insisted that it was indeed an iced latte, despite the obvious absence of any milk or creamy texture. Poor customer service and subpar drink quality. Just admit your mistake and fix it how hard could it be? Won't be returning. Now you lose another customer, great job.
