The holiday latte had granules in it and did not enjoy it
Believe the other reviews. This place should be shut down. Gave me leftover stale coffee that tasted as if it had been microwaved, and a stale bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Couldn’t eat any of it, it tasted so bad. Waste of money, never going back

The worst dunkin customer service ever. I ordered small coffee and bagel twist with cream cheese and bacon. I paid whatever extra for bacon but the old lady in the sandwich station rudely give my food and shout in front of 5-6 people next time no bacon just cream cheese or butter. It's Monday morning everyone deserve good customer service and I already paid what i want. I also used to work in dunkin so I know if customer asked something and already paid, It's employee's job to make it.
